Hey, this is actually a Korean tv program ‘동물농장’. (It has its own youtube channel, if interested.) A lady who has been looking after stray cats in the area took the cat with her. The dog is living with the apartment security. Yes, they are not adopted together. But their present owners are keeping in touch, so these two little guys see each other frequently. Hope everyone’s relieved now!

@@RassionellMaddman I think, that cat is just showing the motherly nature. most cats are used to be living on the street, but not with dogs. there is the term of stray cat, but not much regarding stray dogs. that's because almost every dog living in the city always has an owner, or they usually live in a warm shelter. but not on the street, like what happen to some cats that born and raised on the street. having rough life is nothing for them. eat mice or anything that possibly edibles is how they did to survive. that's what I see in NY. I'm not sure about other country, but Korean people is very generous to animals. I feel so grateful to see them feeding the street animals.

Dog is a pack animal by birth and even Cat is more independent, they're more likely living in a close circle colony. Betraying or abandoning is never exist on their minds. That's why i've never abandoned any animals, they were with me until they're died. But i never have a second thought when i should abandoned or discarded any worthless humans for my own well beings.

The cat seems he doesn't trust human at all. He always stay away when there is a human approaching. They must be traumatized from something. Poor animals.
Street cats are usually more attentive and less trusty and this is true of most wild cats, nevertheless people are mean to cats, for idiot reason, superstitions etc. and also contributes to the distrust.

@@samuelprado5266 while I certainly don't condone abusing any animal, street cats are definitely a problem, i know a lot of people who are 'mean' to cats who wander onto their property and kill their chickens or pet birds or fish. Hell when i was like 8 years old i had two pet Guinea pigs and a pet rabbit that were killed by some fucking stupid street cat that wandered onto the property and broke the cage door open somehow and killed them. Didn't even eat them, just did it for fun. I love cats, have two of them but if I ever caught that cat I would've killed it on the spot for killing three pets that meant everything to me. I wish more effort was placed on removing cats from the street and either putting them down, or giving them to people who will actually treat them properly and control them, so that other people don't have to suffer losing pets like i did, and so that there aren't all these poor cats roaming the streets disease ridden and miserable
@@jgphantom6 sorry you lost your pets, but you certainly can't blame the cat. Cats will kill and not eat for many reasons, including they intend to come back for it or even teaching their young to hunt. It's not 'for fun'. This is just animal instinct. If you see stray cats, be part of the solution and bring them to a shelter for TNR (trap, neuter, release) so at the very least they can't keep producing babies.

I remember watching a similar video of these two about two years ago. All those Korean neighbors worked very hard to help trap them in order to get them medical care and how everyone was crying afterwards. I’ve been patiently waiting for a follow up video to see if they got a forever home together and how they are doing today. I will pray to Buddha that they have a nice healthy home together. It’s actually a very moving story. ❤

It breaks my heart that the dog has been waiting for the owner for 6 months in the same spot. It just blows my mind that anyone can abandon their own pet who loves them so deeply... The cat probably understood the heartbreak the dog had and they consoled each other. They're true friends. I hope they'll get adopted together.

Pets are so loyal and will wait forever for an owner to return. I know that owners went to senior care, but wish they had found a place for the pup before going. Yes all pet owners should write a letter naming a guardian or animal care organisation to rescue their pets in case they go into hospital or die, especially owners who live alone 🙏🐾

I love Kritter Klub videos, but I heard of other videos where people supposedly "rescue" injured animals and it turns out that those who pretend to be the rescuers are actually the ones who hurt the animals in the first place. I hope Kriter Klub is on the "up and up" and honest. They seem to be. I can't understand WHY anyone would hurt an animal.

I saw another comment explaining that their is a Korean news channel covering it, they said their is a lady in the neighborhood who takes care of the stray cats that took in the cat, and the security of the apartment building took in the dog. The owners keep in touch and so they visit each other often!

Their friendships ia so endearing and really brings tears to my eyes.... the cat seems like has been a stray longer than the dog that is why he is comforting the poor puppy and stayed by his side as if protecting him...kudos to the kind community people that has been feeding and showing concerns to theses two strays...may both of them find a genuine loving family to care for them forever....if possible there will be some family that can adopt them together and not separate them, they are so good together....please please please...may God bless and protect you two little angels.❤

Me too. Its hearbreaking to think how confusing it must be to an animal, not knowing why it is not seeing its owner anymore. All of a sudden the owner is gone. Also the dog couldn't get in the building and had to stay on the street. So sad. A lot of these precious animals have it so rough in the world. Breaks my heart.

@Iggi Barratto people call kritter club when they see something special, kritter club shows up to film it/rescue if needed. I don't think kritter club can keep up with updates without the residents calling kritter themselves
@Iggi Barratto I'm not Kritter Klub so I don't know, but Kritter Klub is only a tv program working for SBS, they're mainly filming and sharing stories about animals. I doubt they leave the animals to die since they are animal lovers, probably more than you according to their FB page. In this case, I don't think it's serious enough to be considered a rescue mission. The dog has food and a shelter that the residents made.
I want to see part 2 where they get adopted as a pair by a nice family who gives them a forever home.

Me partía el corazón la tristeza infinita del perrito!!😢 El gato no confiaba en los humanos, probablemente haya recibido algún maltrato, pero estando junto al perro se lo veía bien. Los gatitos también sufren mucho el abandono pero pareciera que al ser más independientes y conservar algo de su salvajismo se adaptan un poco mejor a vivir en la calle. De todos modos se los ve sufrir y cuando están mal ya ni se limpian el pelaje. Es como si entraran en una depresión profunda. Estos dos animalitos se han conocido en la calle!? Es asombroso que se hicieran tan amigos!? Los del edificio dijeron que el perrito era de un anciano pero del gatito no dijeron nada. Qué manera torpe y brutal de atraparlos. Siempre miro videos de rescate animal y los occidentales los rescatan con amor, con caricias, con paciencia,... Si no queda más remedio usan unos lazos especiales pero primero intentan conseguir su confianza. Esta red que usan los coreanos con el gato es infartante!!! Son brutos, crueles, despiadados! Se aplaudieron ellos mismos. Lograron un objetivo que nada tenía que ver con el bienestar de los animales.
