Deep Cleaning a Barn Find Skoda Octavia
We find a Skoda Octavia which was abandoned for 7 Years and bring the paint back to life.
Sadly some of the footage corrupted so the end where I apply a ceramic detailer called Flare wasn't shown but will feature in another video soon.

Yeah 100% this genuinely has 25k old lady owner who has been in nursing home so this was a real good find

Amazing results on an amazing car, a 1st generation Octavia in Laurin&Klement trim, (named after the founders of what became the Škoda company). This was, and still is, the flagship trim level. I am a keen Škoda enthusiast, and long standing member of the Škoda Owners Club, I don’t see many of this generation Octavia at our meetings, let alone an L&K in original condition, with such low mileage. An incredible find for sure❤.

Low mileage isn't always good especially a car that old. Not the best for cars to sit for long periods but fair play it looks in great condition and doesn't look like it wouldn't drive well

Great video congrats on a major score on obtaining the Skoda for such a low price. I have has a lot of success using P21S 13001B Auto Wash W/Sprayer, 1000 ml, White to clean the engine bay in less than 5 minutes. Remarkable results

I get a lot of the very dirty cars, so much so that when I first got a relatively clean car for full interior and exterior, I thought it was a joke it needed doing. I detailed it obviously very good result. Been open over a year toad side car wash wich I'd based on detail work, had to simplify wash to get it quick but still use important methods and snow. Very dirty cars can take 20 mins 10 mins if its been kept OK. That's foam on, clean wheels,,,, rinse hard with 2 hands waving lance in a scrubbing fashion after the across lines on lower half followed by down rinse I do a up and down lap of car... then scrub top to bottom starting back corner then front then back or front corner to boot I finish at boot and noodle the lower with separate mit ,then rinse from side wet car to front quick then roof ,back, other side. Then front then a rinse lap quick walk... then windows .. wash takes 5 mins max 2 people way better.. Anyway the interiors I thought they wer allll dirty then extra dirty was just normal dirty. I use extra dirty car charge on my pricing, I haven't been using it often enough some cars do they cost double????? If I use 12 cloth sides per door even with best apc & adequate scrub with a big brush .. and the seats n carpet are a joke.. do I charge double???? Cow shtuff is comon

Hello ! About the nasty smell of the fallout remover. Try Labocosmetica - Sidero... good dillution (1/10 i think), also amazing in removing limescale. In my opinion it has the nicest smell of any i/ve encountered, quite fruity. I think it's still availabile in the UK, at a rez price. Best of luck, there
Great video but Dave I noticed in the other video the trim restore didn’t last long before it faded again
Hiya so this was filmed late August and the scene where it had worn off was about 2 weeks ago so nearly 3 months so it's about the going average for most trim dressings.

Too bad it wasn't a vRS :( but still looking good. On a real dirty car, then I would use Garage Therapy Zero decon shampoo in the bucket with hot water, and the usual BH AF or touchless in the lance, then dry the car before using the iron fallout remover. I feel its doing more on a dry panel, rather than fighting the water on the panels. On a not so dirty, but dry car, straight in with the iron remover :)

yeah the story behind it really was true but because it looks too good to be true its hard for some to get their heads around
So that's where £100 of the budget went to on the cheap luxury car video 🙄
