I still think it's pretty crap how they don't give you a guaranteed way of catching Walking Wake and Iron Leaves within the Indigo Disk itself. If you miss the events which is a possibility, you're completely locked out of completing the Indigo Disk Pokedex Edit: so I’ve been informed that Walking Wake/Iron Leaves are counted as “Mythicals” and aren’t required for Indigo Pokedex completion which is nice at least. But I still think it sucks you can’t get the complete trio of each legendary paradox trio if you miss the raid events.
Unless they unlock at a later date, which seems the DLC has some things that are locked behind an item that is currently impossible to obtain - but could be enabled in a later update
I'm pretty sure they are Mythicals for the purposes of filling the dex. All the other Dexes had units of 10s and they both appear AFTER Terapagos and are the numbers 241-242. Has someone checked that?
@@giratina6665 Yeah, the Blueberry Dex only requires the first 240 to be unlocked for completion.
I wouldn't say completely locked out, you can always find someone to touch trade them with you but then again you'd most likely have to pay for online membership to actually do that.
I'm positive they're going to stay as bonus legendaries like Darkrai and Shaymin in PLA. They don't count for Pokedex completion. At least this time it's possible for me to get them.
Delibird materials are going to be easy to get. Very useful for the item printer as they weigh a lot!
I've personally just been using my pile of 999 Happiny Dust from the Chansey genocide
Can you print everything with that machine? I have yet to encounter it.
@@Leto85 I don't know what all is available, it's just a random lottery. But what I've seen, you can print a bunch of really good stuff (Special Balls, Ability Patches, EV boosters, Gold Bottlecaps).

I have iron leaves but I don't want to get rid of it to get walking wake for the pokedex that's why I'm glad I'ma use a different account and bring it over. same thing I'm doing for the new paradox mons I recommend doing the same to get both without losing out on 1 of them for later
It would be nice if they ran through the other raid events at some point too - might as well in the downtime before the next games drop. I missed Greninja and hate having that gap in my Mightiest Mark collection.

Just trade on the mobile version of pokemon home. Thats how i completed my pokedex without nintendo online.

Ursaluna @ Flame Orb Ability: Guts Tera Type: Ground EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD Adamant Nature - Belly Drum - Facade - Close Combat This is a strategy for the blissey raids. Just use belly drum and then close combat if super effective, facade if close combat isn’t super effective. Also works with ursaring. The 5 star blissey event is great to grind so this makes it way easier

Just a correction, midnight UTC is 7PM Eastern, not 8PM. It's a 5 hour time difference. The 4 hour time difference is in the summer since UTC never changes but the US does daylight savings.

Suck for players who may play the SV after support for the games ceases since they will be missing 2 pokemon to complete the ingame dex. Walking Wake and Iron Leaves will be pretty rare in the future assuming they aren't going to re-release them anytime soon in the next couple games.

Question for people who know because I missed the event last time: I have Scarlet. If I host a WW raid, is a player from Violet able to join and catch it? Same goes for Iron Leaves - if someone from Violet hosts, does that mean I can join and obtain it? Edit: Awesome! Thank you all so much in the replies.
Yup, you can host/join version exclusive. So if you have scarlet you can join someone hosting iron leaves vice-versa

Yeah I was able to get WW by joining a random raid on the online raid board (the like 4 by 2 grid) that’s found in the Poke Portal (for reference I have Violet) and with IL I hosted an online one with no password, letting 3 random people join it and that’s how I beat it

Would be cool if they do something like the shiny zeraora event where we had to complete certain amount of raids to obtain it but this time with the version exclusive paradox pokemon
Of the upcoming events i am most like farming the hell out of the dragons, and delibird.
I really don't want to have to pay for the DLC again just to get Gouging Fire and Raging Bolt. Hoping that them bringing WW and IL is opening the door to raids with the others. I can understand why they wouldn't do them right off the back of the DLC being released. Give people a chance to get them normally in the games before opening the gates to get them in the opposite games.
you could create a new profile on your switch and play through the entire game, through kitikami and then through blueberry academy and then catch them again, and then trade them to somebody else who has done the same on the game. The advantage of this is if you have the living dex, you can also get multiple free apriballs from pokedex rewards. Not to mention you get all the legendaries again and can trade them for shinies/legendaries from other games.
Always love the Raid events, getting new pokemon is always fun

Ok for me Iron Bundle is only gonna be a 2 and done (cause I have both games) and Delibird outbreaks is an easy skip for me because I already have a shiny Delibird. The Dragon outbreaks are definitely more interesting and I definitely would have done the Duraludon outbreaks in a heartbeat… if I didn’t get a random shiny Duraludon like the second or third day the Indigo Disk was out. And for Walking Wake and Iron Leaves I have a friend that hasn’t done these yet and I think his friends haven’t done so either so now they can get them, but I’m just kind of upset that these are raid locked still.
