Desi I've got to say..so many have done this look from this palette, but your application tops them all. Your eye colors are so perfectly blended and although the color is kind of bold you make it look soft - not too much on lower lash line more narrow than full of color. Of course I love how you use your 'glow' sparingly and not like a disco ball. I know its a preference but I feel that less is more classy and that is what I love about your makeup application. It is classy to me...I love it.

Desi really is one of the best beauty gurus out there. I feel like no matter who you are, you can learn something from her videos because she's so thorough. I'm a pretty seasoned makeup lover, but I still feel like I'm actually learning little things when I watch her where as with other gurus it's more about just having fun watching the video. Desi does both with her videos. It's truly inspiring.
I really appreciate that while doing your makeup your teaching us as you go. A lot of other gurus just show part of what they're doing and cut to the next step without explaining what they're doing. So thank you!

Since your last vid (covering acne) your skin has cleared up so fast! Please can you share your secrets? I'm struggling with hormonal breakouts and end up with scars/pigmentation. Thanks girl x
IAmLaura I had a facial + extractions that helped speed up the process. It scabbed them up and afterwards they started to heal a lot quicker without all the puss. An acne skincare video is something I really want to do. As far as your acne being hormonal which in most cases it is, you can definitely see a dermatologist to help you come up with a good enough plan to keep your skin maintained.
IAmLaura Desert Essence tea tree oil is amazing. H20 dark spot corrector for any discoloration caused from acne etc. Murad has great products for acne. A retinol cream is also great for shrinking of the pores and tightness to the skin. H20's brightening serums are great too for overall uneven skin tone. Honestly H20 in general is just amazing. Check with a dermatologist about accutane maybe if your acne is very severe? It's a very serious route to take but it's one that gets the job done. Hope this helps ❤️❤️
IAmLaura Also read up on tea tree oil. Half says it does wonders and the other half makes them break out even more. Buy some and test it on a small area on your face to see how your skin reacts. If you're the type that it does wonders for, then start using it on every breakout 🤗
