The little "hidey hole" you refer to in the corner of the kitchen cabinet is called an Appliance Garage". You can store frequently used appliances (toasters, electric can opener - stuff like that) without having the cluttered look on the counter. How about that!! I had them and they were great!!! Also, the "hidey door" is called a "Pocket Door". Many contractors frown on them because if they break in any way, they are stuck inside a wall however, I had them in several houses and never had a problem. They are super great in areas where there isn't ample room if a door is open. Great video by the way!
I'm almost 57 and trust me when I say that in my whole life I never knew they had top entry into a microwave that was so cool. Love this little cabin style home. My momma always wanted a log cabin. These are nice thanks. I think that they might make them with a tub with shower in the master bath if the buyer chooses to also have a tub.

Tray shelves are the way to go! They make it so much easier to find items in the cabinet. I love these homes!

Been there three times now.. Love them all. Wish they had more models to tour. Prices have skyrocketed.
I loved how in the first bath the toilet wasn't slammed into a corner. Makes cleaning around it so much easier. The only other thing I liked was the microwave. The rest just wasn't my style with so much wood everywhere. Oops forgot about all the picket doors I liked too. So clean looking and space saving.
Man oh man!! That house is spectacular!! Beautiful, tons of storage, the kitchen has a perfect layout and very well built!! I could definitely see myself living in this home!! My husband would love the cabin feel! I can see this home on some beautiful property with landscaping, the porch with rocking chairs and flowers , hanging flower baskets from the porch. Thanks for the tour!! You guys did great 👍 😊

It's perfect for a stand mixer. Any small appliance that you want to keep plugged in, really. I'd keep the coffee maker out though.

I love the tray slider cabinets. I have them in my brick home. Every cabinet has them. Incredibly efficient and handy.

Sliding glass doors in shower also, curtains cause too big of a mess.
I have lived in a 3 full bath house with tile for over 30 years. I am beyond sick of cleaning it. I would welcome the fiberglass with shower doors.
@@ChrisM-lj3zq, as I started to read all the comments about the manufacturer missing the opportunity to make this one perfect, I was thinking to myself that although tile and glass shower doors can be beautiful, they are a beast to keep clean. I’m sick of cleaning the shower too. Looking forward to fiberglass and replaceable shower curtains.
A novel idea and a lot cheaper than tile (I dare to say) would be to paint it on the pre-existing molded plastic/acrylic .. I've never heard of that done before.. Just take your time n use other shower during the process.. (the material used to paint must be able to take a cleaning with non-abrasive cleaner)..
Their pullout cabinet shelves are amazing..and the quality ids really up there!❤

Like the openness of living area. Like the all wood walls, =no repainting. Very cozy feeling throughout. Looks top of the line construction, and finishing.
Have Not Heard of Cozy Cabin's until coming across a Comment that Left a Link On Chance's Mobile Home World Channel. L💜VE This Cabin ! ! ! 👍 QUALITY MADE ! ! ! Just a few Tip's . . . In the Kitchen, Under the Micro, that is a Bread-Warming Drawer. The Lil' Cabinet with the Roll-Top that's On the Counter-Top, is an Appliance-Garage, for Small Appliance's. Alot of us, Don't like Leaving Appliance's On the Counter. Those Door's that you were Sliding to the Side, are Pocket-Door's. That Closet that you Thought may Be for Stair's, I think Most People Would LUV to Have That as a Storage-Closet, but KEPT That Size ! ! ! TFS ! ! ! (VEGAS)
First thing I noticed is there is no place in the laundry room for a freezer. However there was a front door closet for guest to hang their coats when visiting. I'm more interested in how well insulated these homes are and if they use the better windows when building them. Stone in the master bedroom shower would have taken it up a notch to.
I actually rent my current house and have these cabinets with the roll out shelves and once I purchase i dont think I could live without them 😁 beautiful home!!
Love the pine and everything. The sliding drawers are really helpful for people my age (70) and the corner cabinet in the kitchen is the “garage” for appliances. You can plug in a food processor and use it right close.
I love the pull outs in the cabinets and just love the homes, period.
Love the soft close drawers, adjustable shelving, sliding 'hidey' doors, & pendant lights over the island. Walk-in shower 🚿 in master ensuite ideal for seniors &/or people with mobility issues. Siding & flooring are unique.

I grew up in the camps my dad directed for the Boy Scouts, so I understand about loving the mountains... They should have had a tiled shower in the main bathroom... Even so, that was a pretty decent sized bathroom for a cabin. Thank you for the videos... it's great getting to see all sorts of homes.

My husband & I are pushing 70 now so....it would be too late for us. This was a dream we had for years & years never happened & never will. Still a beautiful home for those who could afford it.

I visit the Cozy Cabins and fell in love with the Frontier Model, love the open concept, the utility room and even took a floor plan and wrote down all the things I wanted change or added. It is on my bucket list.

Gorgeous home! The only thing I would change is to add a bit of separation between living room and kitchen/eating area. But I love it! Reminds me of Montana.
You can always tell that they’ve installed a pretty nice kitchen sink if you can place a drinking glass in it and it does not fall. A flat bottom is what you want.
We tend to cook ALOT OF FOOD

Just to let you know from my following Cozy Cabins for several years know and they are very quality built cabins. Very professional to speak with them and doing the tours as you guys are doing! Best modular cabins for the price of any other modulars on the market today!

I love everything about that home! Some colors I never even thought about using!
Love the layout of the house, just the right size for a retired couple or single person. This is one of the few modular homes that has a coat closet at the entrance of the house (a must for me). I wish I could find the right piece of land to put a house like that. I would make a few changes but I loved it. Unfortunately I live in Toronto, Canada, and I don't think those homes are made for our climate.

I have been looking at the Cozy Cabins for a couple of years now. Have all there literature on all the modular homes they make. They manufacture in two sections and bring to your site. Just have your piers or slab ready with the utilities stubbed up and they set one section and then the next and attach with a center seam and you connect or a licensed contractor if in the city limits and in a week or less you are ready to move right in... I have spoken with them several times and they are great people to talk with and will step you threw there process. I have looked at all the modular home manufacturers out there that I could find and the Cozy Cabins are by far the cheapest in price without sparing the quality. I'm 5 hours away from New Mexico and have been thinking of getting one from them and placing it within the Enchanted Circle. From Eagles Nest, to Angel Fire, to Taos, and Red River. I just retired a year ago at 60 and am waiting for the housing market where I live to come back up in pricing and I could sell mine, buy a !of, and a cabin all in and have money left over. My two sons work here and stay with us and are ready to do this as well. Our vacations were always in that area and skiing was our vacation past time. Just gotta get 'er done! If anyone knows of modular cabins with the same quality at a better price please let me know? Thanks for the video it's stunning!

This is stunning. I could easily live there for the rest of my life. Putting this on a full walk-out basement would be beyond amazing however just a regular basement would be perfect as well! There are a few things I could live without but it really is just beasutiful. Thank you Foks!

Love the drawer inserts in the kitchen cabinets. Appreciate easy access the older I get. Betting that 'hall closet' is possibly where you would have basement steps - some of these companies will send out specs and you provide the basement, they set the house on top of it. This is perfect size for 1-2 retired folks - great with walk-in shower and old-fashioned medicine cabs.

Agreed, there's a company called Recreational Resort Cottages that does mainly "tiny homes" but they do have several cabins and full size modular homes, with tiled & glassed showers. But I assume one can "redo" the bathroom after the home is purchased.
I reviewed the company's website and noted that a tiled shower IS an available option. Additionally, the microwave shown is an option. I think I'd have it over the stove, and have a large drawer in place of the shown space for the microwave for my myriad plastic containers. Or actually pare down my plastic containers ....nawwwwe ...not gonna happen. LOL

I like the way they have it where it can be made for stairs to go down to a basement or garage below. Putting it near flood zone is expected by code and insurance to have it off the ground, up to a point. Been there were huracane water came to 3/4" from coming in the house. Lucky it maxed out and turn around !

A beautiful home with a nice layout. Would definitely consider it as retirement home for myself and my wife. I like that the master bathroom doesn’t include a tub just a nice walk-in shower. So many have tube shower combo which we would never use. Not to mention the ridiculous garden/soaking tubs you. See our current home has one that was rarely used and now hasn’t been used in probably 8 years.
The giant "garden" tubs are a complete waste of space! I would much rather have a walk-in shower than a tub in the master bath.
