Quality craftsmanship rarely seen on these woodworking channels. Pleased to see that someone has figured a cheap and simple way to pour epoxy and easily extract it from the mold.

Я, как мастер ногтевого сервиса, с замиранием сердца (как и в своих работах) ждала кульминацию - верхнее окончательное покрытие и испытала душевный оргазм!!! Так и хочется нырнуть в это прекрасное озеро посередине стола.... 😂😂 Да и сам стол сделан очень добротно, выверен каждый миллиметр.... хотела бы я иметь дома такой!! 🥰🥰🥰😂😂😂. Сколько же дней творилось это произведение? И даже боюсь представить - сколько оно стоит? В любом случае - не жалко никаких денег за такое искусство... лишь бы они были 😅😅. Такое разнообразное, профессиональное оборудование!!👍👍 Прочитала в информации о канале, что это в США, но хотелось бы узнать, кто по национальности мастер? You took away every bit of natural integrity the wood had. Edit: The craftsmanship on the cabinet….WOW!
I have to agree. The trick to making epoxy and wood tops is to sand down to the wood, instead of leaving it under a layer of epoxy. It shouldn’t look like the wood is floating in epoxy but surrounded by it and the finish not so glossy on the wood. But yes, the cabinetry and trim work was very well done! But again, I cringed at the spray on lacquer, even over the brass hardware! Yikes. Such a nice looking desk with a really bad finish on it. It would have looked like a $25,000 dollar desk had they hand-rubbed a classy wax finish on it instead of just sprayed it all with bumpy high gloss. Strange to go that far with the craftsmanship and joinery, just to finish it with spray paint. Weird.
