A truly magical family. May today be filled with their continued love and laughter. I am concerned about Dicks health. From what we've seen of him over the last few months, I suggest he go have his heart checked. My dad also lost color in his face just before undergoing a septuple bypass after a mild heart attack. Luckily we had ten additional years with him before he died from what is suspected as the blood clot filter breaking apart. He passed just before the blood clot filter failures came to light. Sorry not about me.... Dick..... I urge Dick to undergo extensive testing to ensure he is there for his family for many, many years to come. I'm not certain Angel would survive losing her glorious man. Happy Christmas to all. Cheers!

They are thieves. They stole the art design on the stuff they sell (pillows, curtains, wallpaper, mugs etc...) from a young artist. These people are the worst kind.

Yes it has coolness factor, but can you for a wheelchair or 8 foot long building supplies, that's really why you need it in there, that's really the most important use

Theses people on there on there own the very best of British to show you can achieve anything if you got the determination and Angela and Derek I’ve got that in bucket loads but it’s taken the bits to show them how it’s done did his training in her majesties service then he put what he had learnt into practice and best of all they always got a big 😊 on there faces.best of all gives all something to smile about from wreck to a palace well done keep it up I watch every time and they know how to show children how it’s done such a happy happy family just brilliant.

Love the show, love these two, fun and informative TV! Ok now for the bad part, lol. My only "OMG are they kidding me(?)" issues come from whoever writes the narration. For example - In a scene where we see them eating rice and something the narrator actually says "When you live in a Chateau every penny counts!" C'mon man! I think people living in a 2 room apartment on a fixed income might say every penny counts, or a single mom working 2 jobs, you get the idea. In fact you could say of these owners something more apt like "When you live in a Chateau, and have millions coming in as you're on a hit show about living in a Chateau, the skies the limit! You can rent hot air balloons for birthdays, buy second hand cherry pickers, put in elevators, have 2,000 euro Christmas dinners, refurbish out buildings for mom and dad, you name it!" So, producers, please stop trying to make it look like they are a poor couple eking out a living with the occasional wedding when clearly all the helpers and workers who magically appear for every project show otherwise. Also, they now charge people 75 euro an hour to work FOR them in their garden! How can they get away with this? Because it's an amazing place to hang around all day! Anyway, like I said, I do love the show!

Horrible people. They aren’t the lovely couple that the show portray. They are thieves who stole the art work of the products they sell from a young British artist. I stop watching these 2 after this poor young man ordeal has been made public. The Strawberries have made money on somebody else talent and creativity. Angel couldn’t pull an art design of her own even she pull it out of her ass. I believe in Karma so let’s wait and see.
The concept of growing a business while growing your family is exactly as the narrator explains. Their bills are bigger and their responsibilities are bigger. Remember the episode showing their 1st event wedding? They made NO PROFIT because all income was sunk back into the business for supplies, labor, etc. And yes, I am a single mom who understands "making every penny count".
Wouldn't this style of elevator be extremely dangerous in the case of a failure or loss?

Airflow controle the speed of the lift in the up and or down direction. Restrict the airflow even with a löss of power will allow the lift to descend slowly and safely.
Can it accommodate a wheelchair?

They are thieves. Stole the art design from a young artist. The art work/designs on their products (they sell wallpaper, cushions, drapes etc...online) was done by a young British artist. They should be ashamed. They are horrible people.

They performing a noble task: saving beautiful castles for the next generations. The French though, it seems, can only take care of the wellbeing of their precious immigrants that are not interested in French Heritage at all.
The word 'Dick' is really distracting from the video
Sadly, this is all history now in the afterglow of a real boo boo by Angela Strawbridge. Taking a stance against show Staff is one thing but a woman using offensive ‘C’ word language sits very uncomfortably with me. Indefensible. So, up with the drawbridge and lips sealed. Maybe there were issues from both sides to be fair but this foul mouthed episode highlights a person who in real life just ain’t an Angel and she’s left herself wide open for a deep dive into her character !!!
