I am an Israeli Jew and I am ashamed that this is what some people who live with me do. In any case, I think we owe it to the sane and non-extremist people on both sides to find a solution to make peace. And to the Israelis: it is true that Hamas slaughters us, murders, rapes. Every civilian death is a tragedy and the IDF must continue to do whatever it can to limit harm to civilians, even as it faces a foe that will do whatever it can to cause civilians on both sides to suffer. But rather than proving Israeli recklessness or bloodlust, the low civilian casualty ratio in Gaza is a testament to the IDF's professionalism and battlefield ethics-as reflected in its remarkable success in targeting combatants while limiting harm to civilians-and that must be reflected in any serious discussion of casualty figures from the current war.

This video only shows that Israelis mock the Palestinians who actually fake injuries and murders - and the faking is the horrible thing to do (it's a huge trend by Palestinians - you can see a video when they are mourning the "deads" and all of a sudden the "dead" moves, and same with injuries). It's not mocking the ones who are actually injured, and doesn't attempt to deny that there are people who are actually suffering, we would never celebrate it. Not surprised Al Jazeera would choose to twist it. But know better than listening to Al Jazeera.
I don't think it's fair to judge Israelis for mocking Palestinians who fake injuries and fabricate reports of casualties and attacks to tarnish Israel's image. A prime example of this is the incident involving the hospital that was targeted by the Muslim Brotherhood.Furthermore, when we take into account the fact that numerous Gazans laughed and cheered during the horrific massacre on October 7, it seems that Israelis are relatively restrained in their response, emphasizing the consequences of Gazans resorting to acts of terror.

Wait. These are not the same circumstances. These Jews do not have recollection of what their predecessors lived. The fact is they treat the old Holocaust survivors living in Israel as a crazy bunch, believe it or not. Please be careful not to generalize. A blanket statement like that is wrong & dangerous. It’s the secular Zionist movement / community in Israel that mainly hold these views. Many compassionate Jews around the world do not hold these views & have publicly condemned this faction’s ideology, acts & brutality, hidden behind the name of Judaism. Kindly read up on the history of Zionism from around the 1890s, then what happened in 1917, 1947-48, 1967 and so forth, for better context.🕊
