EACOP UPDATING CSCO MEMBERS ON THE PROGRESS REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CRUDE OIL PIPELINE.

As part of the quarterly accountability meetings between International Oil Companies (IOCs) and the Civil Society Coalition on Oil and Gas (CSCO), the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) engaged various CSO stakeholders to provide an update regarding the project. Consequently, the CSCO secretariat presented key findings and recommendations regarding their periodic social and environmental compliance monitoring of key oil and gas infrastructure (EACOP).
