The 2023 US Open main draw runs from August 28 - September 10 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 143rd time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Last year, Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Poland's Iga Swiatek claimed the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first US Open title, with Alcaraz winning his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek winning her third Grand Slam title. This year, at the US Open, we’re set for another historic tournament as the world’s best tennis players head to New York. To beat Iga the opponent youse the tactichs more than before making moonballs and highshapes. So to punnish that Iga has to do great spaceing. Also it gives Iga aopportuneties to approach the net and not be waiting for the gall to come down. Go Iga go.

وظع القبعه علا الراس يساعد الاعب علا دقه التركيز لتوجه حركه الكره من حيث الرؤيه الدقيقه للعين ولاكن بحيث لاتكون بشكل ظاغط علا الراس بشكل مشدود اكثر حتى يعطي حركه تدفق الدم الى الدماغ شكل مريح ويكون التفكير للاعب في الملعب بشكل سريع وافظل فكلما اعطى الدم حركه مريحه للدماغ بشكل اكثر كلما ازداد الفص العلوي للدماغ باصدار افكار اكثر للاعب وقت اداء المباراه عند العب

بامكان للاعب اعطاء دفعه سريعه للمظرب للكره من امام الجسد حين يكون غريب من الشبكه او منتصف الملعب ولاكن يتطلب انحناء جسدي خفيف ووظع الكره في جوانب المظرب وبشكل منحرف للمظرب يمين او يسار او وظع الكره اعلاء المظرب معا اعطاء المظرب انحدار خفيف من اعلاء والى الاسفل فتاتي الكرات بشكل سريع ومباغت الى ارظيه الملعب وفي زواياء صعبه
