.....in first set .... it was all praise for Badosa ....... suddenly when Coco get the momentum ..... we were reminded that Badosa hadn't much tennis lately.... duh ...... reminds me of the bias commentators when another particular player was playing....

SO, too the UMPIRES, they ALL will make BAD calls AGAINST black players, then smile with THE OPPONENT. To let THEM know that this ONE IS from US> to YOU. CAPRIATTI said it CLEARLY, that she knows, and admire the fact that THESE UMPIRES do this CHEATING FOR WHITES PLAYERS and that white players are ALWAYS expecting it, and thats how it should be. YES, that is what she said. HINGES use to ENJOY those CHEATING CALLS TOO from the UMPIRES. I remember in WIMBLEDON, it got so bad, IN A GAME WITH SERENA, against one of them, that JOHN MC ENROE, could NOT take it anymore, he PUBLICLY DENOUNCED IT ON LIVE TV: "THAT THIS HAS TO STOP". His exact words. AND the next year they HAD CAMERAS, and that made the BIG DIFFERENCE. It produces the GOAT> and now maybe COCO.

Wow great comeback! What a fighter coco is. Great match by Badosa but didn't have the match toughness to go that long at that level. Great week for her tho and shows good things heading into the French Open. Lots of positivity to be taken from this.

I agree. She’s good even with the faults! Another difference between the #1 & 3 spot is, Coco balls sit in the air too long, which makes it easy for the opponents to hit them hard. Iga always hit her balls hard and quickly; therefore, her opponents can’t get to her balls in time to get a good hit. That’s the reason she’s still #1. But as Coco gets greater arm strength, she’ll be #1, and I can’t wait!!❤😊

@@marjorjorietillman856 this is so true. her FH has improved so much too. She did say in the after game interview in the studio that she wants to improve her first serve %. Glad she's monitoring her weaknesses.

@@GoodyGreat Yes, thanks for the reminder! When she learns to serve almost as good as Serena, they can forget it! She’s definitely the one to watch. They say the ratings go up when she plays! Even though I think she lost to Iga today in Rome, I’m still thrilled with so much anticipation, because I know CoCo’s time is coming soon to be #1😀

great job not panicking CG because Paula came out smoking....but CG just waited for her to cool off. And you can tell, especially in that third set, Paula is not 100% back to her normal level yet, but she is getting there slowly but surely. Two really excellent athletes made the match entertaining even though you could see that the conditions were not exactly ideal.

The lopsided support for Badosa wouldn't change the outcome. Badosa is not Italian so l don't understand the crowd lopsided support. I am happy Badosa showed a lot if humility at the net.

This is a good game for COCO, to use a motivation going forward. She was trying to please her CURRENT NO GOOD COACH in the first set. But thank GOD, she realize that she has to use her NATURAL SKILLS, to WIN games AND FORGET ABOUT PLEASING this NO GOOD COACH. I hope she continues now like this going forward. She had a great SERVICE GAME IN YEARS GONE BY. Yes she did!!!, look back at it when she beat Venus and the others. They MESSED UP HER NATURAL SERVICE MOTION, and STYLE, at is AFFECTING HER OVERALL GAME. She had a great serve then. What happen??? Her balls were NEVER SO HIGH, and with so much ARC then. But THEY MESS THAT UP, and now she is STRUGGLING to even get the ball over the net. If, she could just find another coach, that would let her just play with her natural skills, or go back to her DAD. I dont know why HER DAD thinks that the others are better for her. HE was doing great with her. JUST LIKE, KING RICHARD and the GOATs.

What was Baddosa thinking? What a dissapointing showing she produced.! Cocco did her level best to donate the match to Baddosa yet she still could not win it! Can someone ask her and her coach what the hell their game plan was vir this encounter? Return 95% of the balls straight back to where Cocco is waiting for the ball so that she can have another bite at the cherry? Sure looked like maybe Baddosa was being paid to play stupid tennis so that Cocco can win? Disgusting tactics never trying to win games no matter what.!🙈

You couldn’t have watched the match live… just these highlights because Badosa was making my favorite player Coco step her game up a little bit & figure a few things out in real time once Coco did that she turned it up another notch minus the errors & few DF Coco locked in the rest of the match, but take nothing from Badosa she’s a good player

@@brucecarey1780 with Coco being a top tier player & as good as she is nothing about her is a joke.. is she having a few mechanical things here or there with her serve yes you can even hear her say it while playing, she knows what she’s doing wrong but it just hasn’t transferred to the court every serve… even the best top tier players have issues and has had issues with there game & you shouldn’t say things like Coco didn’t deserve to win… maybe Badosa’s coach didn’t adjust🤷♂️ but I know who did Coco did that first serve from Badosa was getting Coco in the first set til she made the adjustment so don’t justify Badosa loss on her not changing the gameplan buddy🤷♂️
