Anyone who feels like when playing an online match connected that it seems like your players get lazy, don't get rid of the ball early, fail to defend, when you try to chase a striker your players can't get close instead they run In an opposite direction than the direction you running at on the analog... and the commentators talking bout extra time in the start of the match... wait I got another one when you play with strikers like Neymar or Mbappe no defender get pushed away or run opposite they just get close like your striker a normal player but wait until it's you chasing a striker tables are turned you will end feeling like the game is rigged or made for you to lose
its completely scripted.
I agree that's when I really loose my head and get really frustrated

Very true, or when you play live against a weak opponent that seems to be pro bot and has only like Luis Diaz in attack and rest are 55-60 rating, he then gets perfect crosses and passes and scores every chance he gets, it's so weird seems like it is scripted
It’s 100% scripted, the more you advance in the hierarchy the weaker your players get, and it’s impossible to defend against situations like opponent starting the ball from the middle of the pitch and let the attackers get near your goal and then press C, the moment they press C a gap in the middle of your midfield is created inexplicably allowing the attackers to get the first touch and advance, at that moment if opponent’s players are better it is impossible to defend. This glitchy “tactic” is the reason I had mental breakdowns and uninstalled the games few times.
I am Tier two and play 4-3-3. I have Jordi Alba and Hakimi as LB and RB, LM I have Sadio Mane, Middle Dybla, AM KDB. In attack I play with LW Neymar, ST Benzema nad RW Messi. I love possession football, I always have like 70-77% in the game, average 9-10 shots per game. Personally I believe you just need to remember all the situations and just practise. Something to add, I hate to play against Ronaldo and Mbappe. The worst thing I hate is when players only kick the ball forward to score a goal behind my CB's, that is so boring.

Im tier 3, played for almost 9 months(new acc), and im 8/11 blue players, 4-1-2-1-2 , (LB)Hakimi,(CB) Koulibaly, (CB)DeLigt, Bellerin(RB),Griezmann(DM), LM(Mane) ,RM(Neymar), Messi (AM), Mbappe(ST), Halaand(ST). 8/11 of them Blue Players and i tried doing them without paying. I paid once for those season but that's it. I totally can relate to you bout some boring long pass plays, love the possession games and i always try and do fun goals to keep the games interesting. Im holding at tier 3 till im able to max out my players xD love that there's a DLS community that ive just discovered 🔥

@@nexanine play full attacking mode sometimes it helps and the opponents are caught by offside , another way when the ball is in flight don't press any key when it comes near your player press C or press B sidewise pass ... It helps but the flaw back is sometimes the game becomes glitchy nd your deffenders are dumb so you can't do anything

Finally, someone who does this technique off corner kicks. I keep seeing ppl force bad headers. Better to just pass it to an open man in the box. The best ones are those "to the back header passes", nobody expects them. Only luck can block the shot.
i sometimes try to block shots like that but it very difficult to defend well and most of the times people do short corners, so you see the problem here. And when someone does this type of corner suddenly it goes in.

Nahhh, the algorithm just stupid. When enemy get long ball pass. The defender usually stay and watch the ball through them before running. And when enemies striker run into the penalty box, the defender who marking that striker suddenly change itself to other defender on the other side of the field.

Is there any good tips for defending against corner kicks? For free kick there is a smart trick where you put one of your players next to your goalkeeper so he can save as well but be sure not to put him behind the line 😉

I just rip off fully developed team with my non developed team. Just with tiki taka and timely through ball to speedy wingers and long shot is insane . I play tier 2 with no developed players.

these are some great tips i have some tips too here it is: you need to improve your passing,your shooting,and master them after you get the hang of it,you need to get a good team and you can do that by playing career mode,dream league live,and when you have a good team you can play events.so these are some tips for begginers
Actually you need to play events first to get a good team(legendaries) and coins.With this tip i made my team 5 stars with full legendary team and bench within 1.5 months.

I cant defence, i cant tackle, i cant keep up. The moment i hit B my defender goes backward instead of pressing. When someone gives a thru ball my defenders just spread away to give space to opponents. Opponents will pass all day among the players but the moment i try to do it before i finish my pass they press me and take my ball. Is this skill issue or network issue?

@@NoorMohammad-vl5fl nah i found out it was my network problem all along. Later on i played with mobile data once and saw the network bar going full, I've never seen that playing with my wifi. And that time i could play normally like i can in career mode.
@@thorodinson5910 I found out that too the best network to play dls is through mobile network not Wi-Fi I lost 20 to 30 match playing on Wi-Fi because it just red then its ❗After that connection lost and the opponent wins 3-0 now I don't play through Wi-Fi anymore cause I couldn't even complete 1 game with it
@@thorodinson5910Exactly, once your connection get a bit reduced strength, it makes whole level difference leading to the unusual mistakes and players not acting normal. Mine mostly show no connection for seconds in critical situation and ended up losing the game. In one match, connection was stable enough but when i am going to shoot it becomes unstable and end up with more pressing power and in that same game only when i am about to get the ball to defense, he suddenly stopped ( sometimes when the other guys stopped mine wouldn't move with no connection issues) because of bad connection , in the middle of the game quitting the game because of connection errors will lead you to massively dropped your players stamina too 😂

yeah, even without connection issues, i had to play with players like them at leat 3 out of 10 matches. They have almost impossible passing , tackling ,speeding n Stamina when they have like mostly 70 to 78 rated n with few 80+ players.

U have the old version of the card coz u probably acquired it before Ramos became blue. Old cards u have aren't affected by updates except for the graphics.

Nope. You have to sell an older card and buy the new version if you want the current card. Not recommended for players whose ratings have gone down from a "peak" rating or status. Examples: Ramos, Ronaldo, Hazard, etc. Keep your gold Ramos brother.

Get a formation that only has three defenders in the back, 4 defenders don't work too well in this game and leave awkward gaps. Get van Dijk (at least the 2022 version was extremely solid) as cb and Hakimi and Cancelo as LB and RB. Try two midfielders infront of the defensive line and include a CB here (!!) with good strength so that you have a more defensively capable midfield - most midfielders in the game have very low defensive stats which means you basically put all your trust in your defenders although the attack could be stopped way earlier. Also, play defensively against these teams and rely on counter attacks. When you have the oppenent in your own half, try not to give any space, anticipate where your opponen will pass to or might shoot from and react accordingly. Distance shots are extremely powerful in this game so you need to make it as hard as possible for your opponent to get into a good position (that is also why you need a defensively strong midfield -hence the CB) And then obviously be smart with when to get your keeper out, you just need to get a feeling for that. Cheers
This playing style has brought me into Tier 3 so far with a team averaging 85. It's all about how attentive you defend and how well you anticipate passes and shots, that comes with experience though.
