A resource pack cannot make a car like that. Ik its fake and its a render but come in try to have SOME realism (with how it works and is activated)

If you use a model resourcepack, you can do anything, and you also can do a car too, but will be so heavy that you will need to have a NASA's PC, and that of course will be static, but the car of this animation can open the door and much more. You can do something like this, but not so extreme, a lot of this videos is edits. Many of this videos is really mods, like the first of the snow, but the most it's just edits for entertainment...
