I love the vibraphone backup track. Sounds spacey and hip
r u a wizard??
Too cool, it's fascinating!
You should do some videos like this with the oneTesla TS. My arcs are longer than the secondary, I would be interesting to see how that much power would interact with different things like that. Great video!
Thats cool
You Rock ! :-D
hiya. could you play the harry potter theme tune on the tesla or mini plz? I think it would sound awesome!
I really want to hear the Soviet March from Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 played on a tesla coil.
Love to play my old fav 8bit game song...
You should do the Doctor Who theme
+Peter Iversen Yess we plan on it!
Plasmatic light bulb.
What kind of incandescent lamp is that? I've never seen a lightbulb with green arcs before!
It depends on the gases inside of it
@@ElIsraelJijijiji Correct, but I have never seen one with such a gas mix to make green arcs. All of the lightbulbs I have ever tried have boring purple arcs. That's why I was so amazed haha
Can you touch the sparks/lightning without being burned or shocked ?
No. You will receive second-degree burns if you touch the sparks.
I know I am missing the point of the video when I ask, "What type of light bulb is on top of the tinyTesla?" However, I have to ask what type of light bulb is on top of the tinyTesla? I am working on a DYI prop, and That bulb would be perfect.
+Ryan Schamp Hi Ryan, the lightbulb on top of the tinyTesla is a regular incandescent bulb.
+oneTesla Thanks for the response. That is super cool. I have seen about 1000 videos with Tesla Coils, but that is the first time I have seen that. I guess I will just have to buy this awesome looking weekend project. Thanks again for the reply.
+Ryan Schamp Glad to hear it, Ryan!
+Ryan Schamp we have a 13' tall mammoth and we've tried an HPS and old school MH bulbs, and they make a great show too! different bulb types create different colors and patterns.
I'm glad you asked this, I was actually wondering the same thing lol.
LINE PIECE!!!
What is the voltage across the primary? Is it 170vdc?
Yes it is
@@oneTesla Thanks
I finally got mine up and running :D, I find that putting a dry sponge in the tube prevents the arcing on the inside of the tube, it has to be a tight fit though kzhead.info/sun/qthpnb6GiWadeqs/bejne.html
Self-Trained Professional Awesome suggestion, we had not heard that one
