Making video games can be really tough. But thanks to cool game engines like Scratch, it's incredibly simple. It uses a high-level, visual scripting language to help teach kids and adults how to program. And honestly, it's perfect for people who are asking the question "How to learn how to program?" or "How to make video games". And after my last programming video using C++, let's see just how easy Scratch MIT is to use.

  • Although scratch may appear limiting at first glance, I can assure you, if you know what you're doing, it isn't. Some very smart people have programmed entire 3d rendering engines, rigidbody physics, softbody physics, raytracers, and more all within scratch.

  • This is cool When I made a scratch game I used the harverd cs50 class, I was challenged to make a game in a week but because scratch is so easy it only took 1 day. The actual game was just playing "keepy uppy" So a balloon would spawn at a random place on the x axis at the top of the screen and slowly fall down and you click on it to bounce it up after 30 seconds another balloon will spawn and fall faster, This then repeats until there was 4 four balloons and after another 30 seconds you win. It was a simple concept But it was fun nonetheless.
