Gonna spar in a park tomorrow with my friend all day, definetely giving this a go! Edit: The move is so much fun and definetely a unique one, i used it multiple times in succession at my gym and no one saw it coming. Instantly one of my favourites.

@@chunkystairs we did around 5 hours, even though it was low-mediun intensity we were both totally wrecked after and needed a rest day. Got around 10 months of muay thai under my belt now and im completely HOOKED!

If you can pluck a high speed foot out of the air in real combat instead of training then you are good enough to probably do whatever you want, any way you want.

@@honestlee9921 Sure ive even had my kick caught once. But never in a full speed fight only in sparring. Way easier to grab a single leg during a kick than to pluck a foot out of the air.
