  • Its so weird that transgender people still try to argue that gender isnt a fact. Like why are you changing your gender if there is no distinction between a male or female. Its just baffling to me

    • Well it is a big problem so that needs to be discussed. We do have significant amount of disphoric people and we have to coexist with them but those disphoric people need to stop confusing everyone and complicate things that are really not complicated at all. There will always be confused people but that does not not mean everyone will have to play along with their confusion, it will only make things worse in the future. Especially when confusion spreads into every field of society it’s going to be a mad house.

I'm sure you could find a person born without a limb. Does that mean we don't describe humans as having four limbs? Since when do you define an entire species or gender based on birth defects? If someone has a dick, then you can safely bet 99.99% of the time that person is a dude. If someone got a bunch of surgery to look like a woman but still has a dick, they are still a dude.

In California, (Ben's home state) unless a cop witnesses a misdemeanor, he/she cannot make an arrest. Only a citizen who witnessed the misdemeanor can make the arrest. In the case of a felony, a cop can make an arrest if there is probable cause to do so whether or not she/he witnessed the felony.

It shows how the two sides (the millennials at least) are only interested in collecting points and not really interested in the healthy respectful dialogue. Y’all are slowly becoming the third world country you’re afraid of. It even shows in the level of politicians you guys keep electing time and time again. The welfare system was not what it is today. It was strictly medical, foodstamps and a cash stipend once per month. she busted her hump, going to school everyday. This meant getting up at the crack of dawn to get me to a sitter and getting to school 2 towns away. She did this whether she was tired, sick, or whatever. • Fallacies have no place in real arguments and should only be used to learn how to debate. Those who use fallacies aren't intelligent and only use them as a cheat because they aren't capable of critical thought. A fallacy is an attempt to catalogue common errors. Think of it like [x + y] = z or [a - b] =/= c where z, c are fallacies. In an argument you need to prove that adding x and y is equal to z. You can't just state "what you said equals z". It is equivalent to writing a math test and not showing your work. It becomes extremely evident you needed a calculator for basic addition but it is also impossible to know whether or not you actually know the answer, or guessed it. If you do that you aren't winning the argument. 1. An argument with a "fallacy" can still be correct 2. There's no way of knowing if the person calling out the fallacious argument actually knows what they are talking about 3. The only response to "that's a fallacy" is "no it's not [restate points]" I figured this out before learning about it but for anyone who isn't capable of critical thought you can look up the fallacy fallacy. For example: "that's the authority fallacy" should be "authority figures aren't always right and there is evidence that..."

  • 1. Gender Identity Disorder was a very well studied and known mental illness, before activists in Psychology managed to change the name of the illness to "gender dysphoria" in order to lessen the condition's attribution to being a mental health issue. But they did not win in removing gender dysphoria from being scientifically recognized as a mental illness, which it still remains today. 2. If it is a mental illness (which it is), then any subsequent symptoms caused by the illness, including thoughts and feelings, must be regarded as symptoms, and not reality. For example: Someone suffering from Anorexia, which is a body dysphoria, has thoughts and feelings about their body, which are not reflective of reality. We acknowledge this. They see themselves as fat, when they are not. These people see themselves as the opposite sex, when they are not. Both apply equally, as both are equally true and related under the same effects a dysphoria has on the mind. 3. Because of the scientific and psychological reality behind Gender Identity Disorder/ Gender Dysphoria, the activists supporting the pro-trans agenda have to rely on other means of controlling the narratives and conversations, and they do this in a variety of ways. The most significant is their use of new language to confuse the topic, as well as manipulating the existing language to mean something other than what it means. For example: A new language word is "Trans". This word has no meaning in relation to gender dysphoria, because neither an illness or its subsequent symptoms can be an 'identity'. Trans is not a factual word in relation to the illness, nor is it scientific. The use of the word 'trans' is purely to disassociate the sufferer of the illness, from having to accept they have an illness. Additionally, it's a means to personify the illness itself as 'who they are', making any attempt to address the medical or scientific nature of the illness, impossible, because using the word 'trans' changes the topic from the illness, to the person, and falsely makes the issue about personal rights, when it's not. The person has rights, of course. The same rights we all have, but the illness does NOT have rights. An example of existing language manipulation is the word "gender", as in their overlap and flip flopping of what gender means as compared to what biological sex means. We all know what biological sex means, but when someone now says "Gender", you don't know what they mean. Are they referring to personality or to biological characteristics? It's a blending of the words in order to cause confusion to create another platform for which to stand and push forward to the next topic without having to win or be correct on the last one. It's almost as if this disorder has a parasite/host relationship, where the host of the parasite fights and advocates for the protection and spread of the parasite. Bet you never thought of it that way.

Its hard to remember all of his points, when your speaking turn starts and then you realize your fucked up, while you could have answered to every single one, if the person let one point you talk and answer his one statement and then he would countinue with his other points.
