Naruto and Boruto have always had a sort of rocky relationship. This is due to Naruto being the Hokage of course. Naruto never has much time for his family due to his busy life schedule, and nobody feels it more than Boruto. While Boruto might have been upset about him missing Himawari’s birthday, do not be deceived. The one hurt most by his absence was Boruto himself. Boruto is upset because he wants his father, not because he hates him. We see respect and togetherness develop later on as Naruto tries to be there more, and Boruto tries to understand his father’s role more. But things really take a turn when Boruto is transported back in time. But as I watched through this arc, I began to wonder “What if Boruto were Naruto’s Brother?” An interesting idea of if Boruto had simply been born there with Naruto. Would that change much? Guess we’re going to find out!

Just call me Momoshiki because apparently I can see the future. Feel free to continue this AU if you'd like, I think it has potential. Also, if you do, when you get to Boruto tapping into Kyuubi chakra for the first time, I think you should keep the Momoshiki-like possession from your What If where Naruto and Boruto swapped places. That way both brothers would have different methods of using Kurama's power that remain true to them. Also, when you think about it, Yin Kurama-possessed Boruto would basically just be a miniature Sukuna with whiskers.

Makes me wonder which teams Sakura and Sasuke are on. That being said, I would LOVE to see Hinata being trained in medical jutsu, as well as having Tsunade's strength/jutsu.
Sasuke would be on team gai with neji and lee(sorry tenten) Sakura would be on team kurenai with shino and kiba(genjutsu for sakura all the way)

@@Snow-3210 maybe "what if" gai struggle to find a team member candidate and instead of tenten and then tenten is like her road to ninja version where she is clumsy and she sucks at weapons. So gai rejected her and find a new member which is sasuke. Sasuke might have been a prodigy and skipped the exams and graduated early on at 11 and joins team gai with neji and lee. Neji and sasuke would probably rivals each other argues over who are the best dojutsu. Lee being a kindly kid was trying to calm them down so both would not start fighting and cooperate each other not turning on each other. Neji and sasuke would both agree and both qould keeping their temper to cool off. So gai are proud of them that they both did not fight each other. I really wanted sasuke and neji to get along in an alternate universe.

And then boruto would marry her one day and restoring the uchiha clan. Sasuke in this. He might die or written out of the story. He might be the one to die and sarada will live. Itachi probably killed sasuke in the uchiha massacre or in the war. sasuke would shish kebab by the 10 tails neji style. Then sasuke gave up his life to save sarada then sasuke removed his sharingan and give it to sarada and boruto. Sarada will have the eternal mangekyo while boruto implanted sasuke's other sharingan and evolved to mangekyo then to a Rinnegan

Awesome as always thanks the difference between Naruto and Minato was willing to sacrifice his son for the village and Naruto couldn't which makes since because Naruto knows what it feels like. It's what makes Boruto so interesting because he's realizing how good he had it i really hope they allow them to build their relationship more along with himawari after he gets free that is!

What if Sasuke's mom survived?
I did the same thing if mikoto was spared and how would it plays out She would probably unlocked her mangekyo where itachi died. In my opinion and speculation mikoto never had feelings or loved for fugaku. Her husband. She instead loved her children. She would unlocked her mangekyo by grieving of her older son died. She would also want revenge on not just danzo but everyone. Especially obito. Then later she realized what she had done. She never wanted this. She wanted a family. Her life is now a mess because she focuses on revenge and blinded by grief but she was wrong about revenge. Later at the end. She now leads to become the new chief of konoha police force. Then 10 years later she resigns and pass it down to someone else who would take on the role of chief of police force. She now become a grandmother to sarada and train her while sasuke was on his way on a mission. Everything would play out the same in boruto except sarada is raising 2 mothers. Sakura and mikoto(grandmother) Oh and she would adopted naruto after the massacre and coup d'eta. She would raised naruto properly and becomes his mother. Just like kushina who raised sasuke like she is sasuke's mother in what if kushina never dies
