Kiyomasa is really filling out, he is going to be a big Silverback just like his Dad. He is starting to look so mature in his face, also
I just really took notice of that also. Kiyo. is really maturing and losing that cute baby face. He is really quickly changing into a handsome Silverback, like his Daddy. Another Heartbreaker coming up. He is a beautiful Gorilla Boy! ;-)

Kudos to this zoo. I dont like to see gorillas in captivity but these ones dont seem to mind it much. So much happier and healthier than momotaro group.
Yeah living wild is preferred but Cameroon is now getting more dangerous for gorillas, chimps an orangutans with the deforestation an bush meat these beautiful animals are endangered having them in zoos an or sanctuaries they are at least ensuring these beautiful animals don’t go extinct but it’s really sad that man has infringed on their natural habitat
💯 agree.. if Kyoto had the money to invest improvement, they should... But they don't, they had great financial issues. Sad for Momos troop.

I agree with you so much no more tairas family is in such a terrible enclosure it's so small it's like a jail cell they have cages overhead of them they can't even see this guy and they're climbing on top of the roof like swing for the roof they can't even feel like they're in the outdoors when they're outdoors and their inside is so freaking tiny when was Hurricane even run for more than one s or a hit the other side of the enclosure he's very young imagine him being there for the rest of his life with its stupid wife of his who's the worst gorilla in the world retreating terribly and is so selfish with your kids I hope she dies as soon as possible and they give him a much better female gorillas and moving to a better enclosure he deserves it the one that Shabani DJeeco in Taipei are in is the best enclosures I've ever seen
I love Shabani ❤, he has been a playmate, protector, and the enforcer. And with him being a great dad and of course a great silverback just think how much better Kiyomasa and my beautiful Annie will be as a dad himself(Kiyomasa), and a great momma my beautiful Annie will be❤❤. (Yes you can see I love this whole family troop, Nene is getting older and set in her own ways but still a beautiful gorilla) ❤❤
Hi sweetie! I agree with you. Shabani is such a great Daddy. His affection and love he shows his Gorilla kids will make them great parents after his example. I also feel that Annie has Daddy's heart. Annie is forgiving and has a lot of compassion like her Daddy. Despite her tough start with Al, I always felt Annie would be a great Mom one day. Annie watched Nene mother Kiyo., and no doubt learned from seeing Nene tend to Kiyo.. Shabani's protection and love for Annie saved her and taught her also . Notice how she loves human babies and kids who visit her. Annie stares at the human babies with such love and tenderness, you just feel she will be a great Mommy. (Maybe being hand reared helped her adore humans more too? ) I just fear when these Kids move into their own family, The adults will be so heartbroken. I feel they should have moved a few new Females into this family years ago because Shabani is a great Dad, he should have more babies and if he did, when Kiyo/Annie leave, he would have had other babies to focus on and love. Now he will just have Al and Nene. I think Nene lives for her little Prince, Kiyo and she will die of a broken heart when he goes. Nene was always very doting and protective of Kiyo and she still is. I fear she will feel she has no reason to live on without him. She is old, it will devastate her. Shabani... in his confusion and heartache will be horrible too! Very sad. Gorillas, as we all know a re very sensitive souls and do not like changes. See how the move was so hard on them. Especially Shabani lost weight. The kids leaving so suddenly will be, as with anyone, so sad for them. I wish we could communicate some things with them certain changes and even medical exams so they could adapt better. Maybe like Koko, and her knowing sign language. At least they would have a much better understanding of things that occur now and in the future. Take care and enjoy your feelings and thoughts. So many love this family. I would love it if all the Gorillas we all watch knew that they had so many fans that watch them and love them. Imagine their reactions if they knew? Especially Shabani would be showing off and the kids...they would be trying to make us laugh even more! I see Gentaro's sweet little sad face at times...IF he only knew so many loved him...I would like to see his reaction after he was told. I imagine a huge smile and his famous "clap, hop and Dancing" he does with his keeper lady! LOL!
@@maryeddy4871 Mary you just made me cry everything you said was so beautiful. I never thought about how Shabani would take the kids being gone. And would have to agree he will take it just a bad as Nene and Ai. I don’t know which one more he took great care of Annie and plays with Kiyomasa (he took care of his boy to but more so of Annie or that’s just my opinion) and now I would have never thought about Nene with Kiyomasa she does love her big baby boy more then anything yes ma’am, but I hope that she will take it in and be okay with him being gone. Oh my goodness what a very sad day that will be for all of them. And I was thinking the same thing that Shabani needed one more younger then Nene not trying to be mean but so he could have more babies to take care of and always have a little one to play with. I do watch a lot of other gorilla troopers and Shabani and Haoko who are brothers do wand and like to interact with the babies as much as they can. Some only when the female mom lets them around the babies. And poor Momotaro was taken from Momoko when he was only 6 years old! Momotaro was just a baby himself. I love that whole troop also my big guy Gentaro is highly intelligent and teaching Kintaro along with himself how to became a great silverback and dad’s if that’s possible. And you know I have said that in the comments before about it would be to be able to hug them all people would be in line for day’s. I know it’s not possible what so ever, just to let them know that they are loved from around the world. I feel bad for Momotaro because he never had a Daddy to learn from and he is trying to learn as he goes. I wish he also had an affectionate wife because I never saw Genki play or show him much affection and was very guarded with the babies. He only knows the relationship with Genki and it's sad he doesn't have a few Female wives as other families do. Genki is a nervous female and self mutilated herself when Momoko came to the Troop because she lost the affection of the Silverback and bit a few fingers off. She lost a ton of weight so, for her own safety they wont chance another female being in her family. If you know the D'Jeeco family, there is a female there named Tayari. She is so damn funny. She goes right up to the Silverback, D'Jeeco and hugs him and I never saw a female do that before. She likes to show him affection and will just go grab and hug on him. I wish every female had such an affectionate Gorilla Wife to hug and love on them. Imagine the shock, then joy of Momotaro being hugged and flirted with?? Shabani would lose his mind with joy!! Shabani loves affection and Nene and Al show no interest in him now. OH, I love Gentaro! He has the sweetest face and soulful eyes. I love all the baby videos of him. And the staff are wonderful. I never saw a Gorilla Kid who enjoys Dancing with their keeper as Gentaro ( and now Kintaro ) does. Gentaro has the funnies little, hop, clap and jump moves with his girlfriend Ms Hina the keeper. He is a very special and sweet Boy. Many comments I read and agree with are Fans would love to see Annie and Gentaro matched in a family. I also agree that they would be a wonderful match and have beautiful babies. Time will tell. Again, I'm sorry my comment ( reply) isn't here. @@maryeddy4871 Thank you so much for your very kind words, and sometimes here on KZhead it’s called ghosting with how our comments just disappear 🫥 and it might take sometime for this to stop for you it was doing this to me for over 4 months and then someone told me to sign out off KZhead and my gmail then turn off my machine for about an hour then give it a go and it worked for me, I hope maybe this might help you also 😇. And I love the gorilla’s it’s as if I can watch my own kids growing up lol 😂 (I couldn’t have any children and it’s okay I have the 4 legged and very furry ones I have 3 now 1 miniature pincher my old man he’s 18 now, 1 Brussels griffon he’s 5, 1 Affenpinscher she’s also 5) . But I always comment on I try my best to remember my big handsome Momotaro didn’t have a dad to show him how to be a good/great silverback or dad, and they took him away from Momoko when he was only 6 that’s just a baby they could see each other I think I seen or someone told me and that Momoko would cry out for him to me that was very cruel to do to him! And then he was 9 going on 10 when they introduced him to Genki and had Gentaro when he was only 10 years old still just a baby or to me anyway.. And yes ma’am I love the Momotaro gorilla family and Gentaro is my favorite out of the boys he’s very intelligent and will make a great/good silverback/dad when and if he gets a wife this has been said that it just what we fans have said/started the rumor about them 2.. But I’m still hoping it’s true them 2 would be absolutely hilarious to watch because my beautiful Annie with her strong personality and my sweet Gentaro and my new saying the name of this gorilla family would be the Annie family lol just joking 🙃. And thank you for reminding about Genki that is so true I love Genki but that’s really all Momotaro has to learn by. And my big handsome Shabani yes ma’am a great dad one of the greatest in my humble opinion,, he took great care of the beautiful Annie when she was introduced back to the troop he made sure she was loved, and protected from Nene from the older videos I have been able to watch Nene was out to hurt Annie, and would attack Ai sometimes when she would have anything to do with Annie and I think that’s why Annie is showing grandma who can be the bully nowadays but Kiyomasa then jumping in to take care of his mom (that’s a good thing) then Shabani jumps in no one gets to hurt his baby girl I love that silverback to.. And I would have to agree with you on Nene she’s getting old and just not wanting to mate anymore (I watch a video on how older females just get old and want’s nothing to do with that part of life anymore the video was on wild gorillas a documentary) but still doesn’t want Ai to have anything to do with Shabani also and Ai will always do what her mother tells her to do, because Shabani loves kids and he needed or still needs babies now to play with and take care of, I hope when they move Kiyomasa and Annie he doesn’t go into a deep depression from losing his babies.. And yes ma’am I LOVE TAYARI AND JABALI, my favorite 2 in the D’jeeco troop Tayari just like Gentaro very intelligent and like to also interact with the visitors. Lol my picture is of Tayari kissing babyJ (that’s my nickname for Jabali) and I’ve been trying to get a good screenshot of Tayari hugging D’jeeco just can’t get one that works out yet lol, and Iriki and little man Ringo so different then Tayari and babyJ it’s hard to believe the Iriki and Tayari are siblings. I remember when Tayari didn’t want to feed babyJ when anyone could see her, she would hide 🫣 in the cave or in the indoor enclosure way up high so no one could see and people would say bad things about her because of this, but I would be thinking to myself if babyJ wasn’t eating/milk the zoo keepers would take him to make sure he wouldn’t pass away.. and I could see in a lot of the videos when Tayari would be feeding babyJ in the cave.. I can go on all day with Oumbi troop, and Shabani’s bothers troop Haoko that’s where Momoko Momotaro’s mom is now and 10 months ago just had her 5th baby a sweet little girl Sumomo. @@ZombieQueen819 , I have a "fur Baby too! I never had hairless ones either and in a condo, I had to limit to having 1 cat at a time when no pets were allowed. So, everyone else had a cat, I got one too! Her name is Baby Bear, named after her Mommy & her nick name, , Mare Bear!LOL! I was always a "Dog person" bUT, I was dating this guy and was more in love with his Cat then him. After that relationship ended, I missed his Cat so muh that I went and adopted one from PetSmart. She was 6 months old when she "picked me" and now will be 15 years old this month. Spoiled by Mommy and she is the BOSS!! LOL!! But, funny because she acts like a Dog at times and runs to the door when I come home. If I wake up, she wakes up..Just my sweet shadow.."My Fuzzy little Bubble Head of love!!!" LOL!! Yep, I'm a goof, she tolerates me. LOL!!Yes, I have the mind of a small child! But, if you can't laugh at yourself, you are missing out on some really funny stuff, especially my mistakes. Right? You must be a great Mommy! I love animals. There is a quote I love that i think is very true....***"Anatole France is quoted as saying, “Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened.” Isn't that so true? Animals just bring out the best in us and make us have so much more empathy and compassion for other Animals because we love ours so much that we can't stand seeing any other Animal treated badly or unloved. They really soften our hearts and make us love so much more then before we had them. Just my humble opinion, anyway. Oh Sweetie, I write a lot too because I just get thoughts and share them. I love reading your replies, never worry about that because I have longggg rants to make peoples eyes bleed! 😵💫LOL! I use my lap top for social media and I don't really realize how much Im writing but when many others are reading from a smaller device, they remind me I'm not writing a comment, it's more like a novel! I agree with what you write and how you feel about the Gorillas we watch.And I hated the "Tayari bashing" I stopped reading comments because I could not stand people assuming so many horrible things about her and how "easy" they thought it would be to just have Baby J taken away from her when we ONLY see moments in a video of a 24 hour day!! UGH! The staff watch these Gorillas very closely and know them better then anyone and if there was ever a issue with a Gorilla baby not being fed, trust me, they would be tending to that baby immediately as they have growth marks and are tested by the staff to make sure they are growing well and getting what they need from Mom. And you know you NEVER want to remove a baby from Mom or their maternal group because they may be rejected when trying to re join them. Then the trauma for the baby of being joined with another family is so hard to find. Its not like us humans, as you know. Sadly, Tayari was bashed badly along with the staff. How sad. And the staff knew what was said. Imagine you working your job and someone took a few minutes of you and posted it on youtube? Then said you werent doing shit and didn't know what to do as well as them? Really? Empathy is lost on many, sadly. We don't see so much and why so many thought the worse was very upsetting. Even after many tried to ease fears of bashers on youtube, it was a waste of time. Funny how after we saw Tayari being a great Mom, those people never had another comment. I guess it's only fun for them when they cause drama. Tayari is so young and being a new Mom, be patient and watch, was my thought. The staff would never leave a baby with an unfit Mom. It was so heartbreaking how nasty the comments got. So, for me, I just would watch the video and ignore comments for a few months so I could just enjoy the video without negativity. Jabali is a sweet little Gorilla Boy. His huge smile when he is playing with Daddy or Ringo, with his baby fans just melts my heart. His smile gets big that it takes over his little baby head!!! He loves his baby Bro but I think Ringo will grow huge one day and he has a bit of a temper if he gets mad. He is like a wrecking ball! A few times I saw him go after Jabali and even Jabali was like, "WOO! Chill out little guy! I'm just playing!" LOL! But, he was maddddd! But, that doesnt last long. They are hugging and laughing right after. Jabali loves affection and is funny like Tayari with DJ. Tayari just hugging and holding DJ is hysterical. I never saw another female behave that way! Every silverbacks needs a "Tayari Wife" to keep his spirit's high and feel like the true Studs they are. Yeah, Momotaro had it hard but, sad he still only has one female,but grateful the people who place them have such compassion for Genki's sensitive heart and jealousy. That is great they try and make each Gorilla happy and safe in a new troop. OK, Another Eye-Bleeder! Forgive me. Thank you so much for the info and kind replying. Its so nice when you meet nice people on these Gorilla pages that you can share your views, jokes and have a nice chat with. Beautiful to see Nene and Annie getting along. They both have improved so much. It used to be Nene wouldn’t even sit next to Annie; she would move if Annie came near. Good girls ❤😊

I think that Annie always wanted to be close and bond with Nene. I always thought that Annie seeing Nene so doting and Protective of Kiyo., made Annie want that same affection from an adult Female. I think it is natural to crave affection when you are growing up. It's sad that Nene and Annie were never close. I think Nene see's Annie as a threat to Kiyo ( even though Kiyo is older and much stronger then Annie ) and Nene resents Annie because Shabani was her protector and had to defend Annie from Nene's attacks. ( Just how I always saw it. ) Thing is, Nene has so much love for Kiyo., and it's sad she never had any to give Annie knowing Al wasn't mothering Annie. But, the great thing is,Annie has grown into such a confident, spirited and sweet soul. I think she has Shabani's kind heart. I'm glad Annie had the love and play from Dad and Kiyo. Especially Daddy protecting his Princess. Annie is Daddy's heart and it is precious how much he adores his little Gorilla Girl. He is a wonderful Daddy. I can't wait to see Annie as a mother one day. I think she will be very affectionate and protective after watching Nene and how her Dad loved her. I hope that Kiyo is a great Dad like Shabani.
