This game is one I ended up absolutely adoring pretty well from the word go, so since its release I have put some time into getting pretty comfortable with it. While none of the runs in this video are first attempts, hopefully they can help give some ideas for a few tricks or help find missing secrets.
Now what even is a P Rank? In Pizza Tower, a P Rank is acquired by meeting the following criteria:
- Find all 3 Hidden Secrets
- Find the stage's Treasure
- Find all 5 Toppins
- Earn enough points for a S Rank
- Maintain a Combo for the entire stage
- Begin the Combo in the first room
For bosses all you need is to not take damage. P Ranks are just for fun and only matter for 101%, but they are very satisfying to pull off.
Oh right, and I did try to speedrun each of these, but I have not actually looked up any runs, so if a level is missing some key tech to shave off even more time it is because I have not discovered it myself yet.

I love how this game calls your combos cool like a normal game, then gets worried and calls you evil for all of the people you killed, and then calls it funny.
and then the game immediately rolls back on itself like "no man it's not funny anymore"
it starts at 69 i think
69 combo is "funny", and at 75 it becomes "unfunny"
No 70-74 is "funny"
This is my first exposure to this game, and I gotta say, it lives up to the hype. Seeing Peppino bulldoze through everything is satisfying as hell.
Your skills are COMPLETELY UNMATCHED, it feels like you're speedrunning the game in those 2 whole hours, you had a few mistakes but everything else was like: "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE" Awesome video!
Funny thing is that she has been speedrunning this game on Twitch. It's currently a game that is played as often as various Legend of Zelda Randomizers on there.

As someone who undertook this challenge myself, Peppibot Factory / R-R-F / Pizzaface can BITE ME. But other than that, I'd say P ranking through the game is one of the better gaming experiences I've had in a long time.

Just one question about The Crumbling Tower of Pizza: How come Gustavo & Brick, Mr. Stick, and the others aren't picked up and trying to escape alongside you? Can you only P-Rank that part on a second playthrough after rescuing them all?
They only appear in the level when you go from the Pizzaface boss to that level afterwards. If you access the level from the hub, they won't be in it

Shaving the top off the points, my goodness. I always tried to be very close to if not at S rank well before lap 2, in hindsight I could have done it much faster this way. Also mad how long it took me to realize I could cancel Mach Run without jumping.
