  • Good afternoon, why can’t you expand the RAM to 64 gigabytes or 96? Why can't you do it with a reserve? 16 and GB of RAM is already yesterday, the past, not enough. Asus why?

    • Last year's model was available at about on 20th March here in Norway. I think this year's models will be released atleast before May.

  • What the Zenbook should've been all along. Better I/O config, better performance (AMD variant even goes up to 32 gigs of RAM!), cleaner design... I hope Asus doesn't limit sales of the 14-inch one in fear of cannibalising sales, because this is a much better deal.

    • Any day now. The higher end Intel one (185H) is out for $900 US. Should be either the same price or slightly lower.

    • On every laptop company, they dim their battery life by setting the screen to 20% and doing light task so they can claim that it can last those hours😭

    • 40% to 50% brightness and Balanced power mode. Meteor Lake is the most Efficient chip for Windows PC laptops and has MacBook level of battery life. ​@@josephle2381

    • @le2381 Even when sites indicate they do what you mentioned, I can never duplicate those results. Some review sites say 'Light task' is not specific enough. I've browsed websites in Silent profile, battery efficiency mode, 20% brightness, on Wifi, not streaming and was never able to get advertised battery life.

  • Your laptop has a problem. The screen develops horizontal scratches over time due to the keyboard layout.

  • I have 3 USB A ports on my vivobook 2023. Why does this have only 2 ports? One port has to be used for a wireless mouse. Can Asus please reply.

    • 2 USB-C/TB4 ports, that's why. So if you're charging + using a wireless mouse, that leaves you with 2 ports remaining for peripherals. It's a good trade off since it's a faster port, though I guess not that great if most of your stuff is USB-A.

    • there are usbC to usbA adapters or you could use a laptop docking station I'd say any less than 2 usbA ports would be a genuine problem

  • Bahi log service bahut he bura hai aur warrenty policy to wus se bhi jayda bura hai mere sath ho chuka tum log bhi aapne sath. Sahi jagah paysa invest karna nahi jab warrenty expired hoga na tab rono se bhi kuch nahi hoga
