I feel like Yuqi's the most underrated member. Hear me out, she always, always delivers. From beginning to end. Her husky voice makes us appreciate the other members' higher notes even when she is able to also hit those high notes. She's a freaking good dancer as well as an entertainer on various variety shows. I feel like she's so good it's a given that people forget to praise her as well. 💖

Fun fact : yuqi said when she first auditioned to cube ent she applied for dancing but when she came to Korea she started taking vocal lessons and the teacher was amazed by her vocals and her husky voice and told her that she should practice more singing bc her voice is beautiful I'm glad cube ent she discovered her talents and debuted her as part of (G)I-DLE vocal line

yuqi is underrated as a singer; she has one of the most powerful voices in the industry, and furthermore its unique in the fact that its powerful from a low range (typically singers belt higher notes for power), and i dont know why this isnt huge news already

Came back to here after months of its release and I know Yuqi will never read this, but I just really hope she knows that she's done such an amazing job. Whether it may be through producing music, being an entertainer, a friend, a role model, an idol, she never fails to disappoint us by constantly giving us more than what we bargain for and what we deserve as fans because that's simply who she is, she loves giving. For a foreigner who decided to train at such a young age, Yuqi has obviously been through a lot; yet, she really doesn't show that to us because she's always bubbly and energetic. She rarely cries and shows her negative emotions which is why I really want her to hear that it's okay to rest, take a break, breathe, and that she's doing well and we, Neverland, is so proud of her. It's really crazy how she manages to pull out her solo song in the middle of her busy schedule in China, so please support A Page! She deserves all the love and support we can get her

Her parents did not like the idea of her moving to Korea but in the end they supported their only daughter desires. Yuqi came to Korea with a bag full of dreams, one of her first activities as a trainee was a video of her singing to strangers in the streets, telling them that her dream is to become a singer. Look how far she has come, a member of one of the most successful groups of this generation and a role model for a lot of people. Song Yuqi you are loved all around the world.

Woah, this cover is amazing. I didn't know she was this good because she usually gets short (yet always very interesting) parts in (G)I-DLE's songs. With this cover Yuqi officially became one of my favorite singers in Kpop. I truly hope Cube will give her some more lines and maybe a solo release in the future.

Am I the only one that gets choked up in parts of this song? I wish I could have told her (or any of them) how much I adored them but the venue staff had a hand on my shoulder and on my back, pushing me along through the High Touch which was MAYBE 7 seconds. And I was last! But they all saw my 0t6 tattoo with their names in Hangul. So many wide eyes over their masks. Soyeon looked stunned in disbelief. Others were "OMG". Already looking forward to the 2023 tour.
G-IDLE has honestly changed me. I'm a happier person with their music, as upbeat it can be, as touching it can be. I even picked up 2 new languages, Thai and Korean, having passed my first Thai exam 2 weeks ago, granting me a certificate and now moving on with Korean to the point where I can fully read 한국어. They are such an inspiration and 우기 YUQI has such a wonderful personality and voice. Always be proud of yourself and follow your dreams. :)
