Biden administration faces pressure over continued support for Israel
Protests against the war in Gaza that have spread across U.S. college campuses are applying increased pressure on President Biden's administration over its continued support for Israel. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes has more on Mr. Biden's response to the demonstrations and an interview he did with talk-radio host Howard Stern.

Why is it that most countries are united against Isreal? Why are most countries condemning them? Why is the world condemning the IDF? Just explain that to me. And it's getting to the point where Isreali people are being banned from entering countries such as Boliva, Belize, Columbia, Turkey, South Africa -- there are more, but I don't remember the list. More than 17 EU (that's western countries, if you didn't know what that means) put sanctions against Isreal? Why do you think that is? You don't have an answer. The only reason Isreal is doing whatever it wants, is because the United States is enabling them. This isn't our war, this isn't our problem, yet my tax dollars, your tax dollars are all going to fund a genocide. That should make you angry. It doesn't matter what side you're on. At the end of the day, even if you're looking after your own self-interest, you should be upset at our government for engaging in a war and throwing our country into further recession. Our prices are crippling us. Middle class Americans (you and me, I'm assuming) can't afford our groceries and rent. And even if we can afford them, most of us are living paycheck to pay check. I make 90k a year, I live in NYC, and I'm still almost paycheck to paycheck. How is that fair? Think about that. I pay more than 10k in taxes and I don't complain because I know my income is relatively high, but when that money is being funded for a genocide, that's when I have a problem.
