The way he says it, it’s as if it’s as simple as easy as that. But since we’re talking about Noah Lyles, who knows, right? After all, it is Noah Lyles, who, time after time, has proven that he is one of the best athletes of his generation. In fact, he aims to surpass Usain Bolt’s legacy!
With the Paris Olympics in sight, Noah Lyles seems to be working double time to either win his target number of gold medals or surpass Bolt’s records - or both. Well, he appears to be off to a great start as he crushed his personal best in the 60m to open the Olympic year in earnest.
No one can say that he’s once again ready to dominate the track, especially after his remarkable season last year. On that note, let me give you a brief recap of the unbelievable heights - or more accurately, times - #noahLyles had last season!
Just like he did a few days ago, Noah Lyles ran a personal-best time in #trackandfield the 60m at the 2023 New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston with 6.51 seconds

  • Respect this guy to the max,but one thing he should understand, the guys in his era and bolts era are 2 different breed of guys,9.8 was semis in championships in bolts and Powells era, there’s only one guy out all y’all,Coleman..and he hasn’t been back to that since, there’s a thing an athlete should know, you’re as good as your last race of the season..so I wish em luck in breaking that record,Tyson ran 9.7 for silver..let that soak in..just enjoy winning championships

  • I want to like him but.. His antics are a bit of turn off.. a bit too.. try hard. Comes across as forced.. like he's trying too hard to be the next Usain Bolt, the next star of track.. because some meet organisers, agents and sponsors have said "can you me more theatrical the sport needs its superstar". His performances in terms of running are great. He can be the new star .. but just chill out and be Noah Lyles.. Bouncing around and screaming on the startline before the race is just disrespectful towards his fellow competitors.. who may well kick his ass because he's got some serious competition!!
