    • What was pictured in the video appeared to be German potato salad. I agree that I've never had one of those that I liked. However, proper American potato salad doesn't have a bunch of white liquid in it; the texture is more like a paste. Also, the good stuff is often tinted somewhat yellow from the mustard therein.
