  • My husband and I went down there last May. We love that park! We were so disappointed thought that the overlook restaurant was closed for a wedding or something. Such a beautiful restaurant! Also the balloon wasnt running either but we werent planning on going on it anyway. I believe it costs extra. If I lived in San Diego we would definitely be pass holders.

  • Great video! Did you know, the three lionesses there are the great grandcubs of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park’s late male lion Izu? He was euthanized last year due to health issues but lived a long life of 18 years. But yeah, those three gals are his great grandcubs! Izu’s legacy lives on 🦁

  • I took my disabled daughter in her wheelchair on that balloon!!! It was breathtaking. So cool that it and the tram are both handicap accessible Love the wild animal park (yes, I still call it that having lived there decades ago)

  • Beautiful zoo video! The okapi's ancestor is the giraffe and they come from the Democratic Republic of Congo. In the endangerment status, they are listed as Critically Endangered due to human encroachment, poaching, etc...

  • My parents took me there when it was wild life animal park longggg ago in the mid 90s. Beautiful beautiful place to visit and watch awesome animals.. I miss it and wish to go back since then. Thank you for sharing your experience of fun with the world and imagine being there too ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
