Trolling for DEEP Sea Wahoo- Catch Clean Cook! (Planer Fishing Florida)
We finally put a wahoo in Brook's boat! We were trolling planers out of Hillsboro Inlet, Florida and worked our way towards boca inlet. We also caught a mixture of blackfin tuna and false albacore aka bonito while deep sea fishing.

Landshark Outdoors I live over on the west coast near Tampa and the fishing is still great here, everybody is stocking their freezers with sheepshead for the quarantine.

Titusville and pretty much every where we can fish is closed. We are hoping to have a boat in about a year. On top of that my job is listed as an essential so still up north in Ohio working. From pgh, pa...I was just in the keys, till I got kicked out...all land and bridge fishing is closed there now..all public boat launches are also closed. Yeah, we can still fish here, ohio river is 10 min walk away...as well as freshwater lakes, and lake Erie, 2 hr drive, for steelhead...but, it's still cold here...don't fret over breaking the linguini in half, it's easier to eat that way. Tight lines 😎

Not going to lie, I literally made Parmesan crusted flounder the other night, absolutely delicious and I have no doubt that it tasted amazing with the wahoo!

Boat launches are closed where I live, so I had to resort to using my ocean kayak. Gotta get out and put some meat in the freezer. Stay healthy guys.
Fishing is becoming more and more restricted by the day! They just closed the entire Florida keys to all visitors. All Beaches, boat ramps, piers are closed around us too!

Parmesan Panko crusted is my absolute favorite fish recipe. I did a catch and cook with it on Croaker believe it or not, and it was awesome. That combo topped off with the bait strip looks deadly!!! Congrats on the Hoo!! Tight lines.

Another way to try this, mix the breadcrumbs with some Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice and parsley then pack it on top of the fish and bake. The seasoning you use is spot on in my opinion.

In cape Ann in Gloucester they made a great cod parm in this little mom and pop shop called Causeway and it’s the absolute best thing and the proportions could feed almost three people... when I fished for giants it reminded me of this
After you fillet out and skin the Bonita. You make a dry brine of 1 to 1 ratio, one pound kosher salt to one pound of brown sugar. You add what ever herbs or seasoning to it. Coating in the Bonita liberally, wrap tight in Saran Wrap each fillet, place between sheet pans and place weight like 2 half gallon of milk to distribute the weight. Leave over night and right before you get ready to throw on the smoker you rinse and pat dry and smoke it to your liking. SMOKED BONITA IS THE SHIT!

Hey Vick the best and fastest way to skin a wahoo is as ur making ur outline of the fish with ur knife you can take a flap of the skin at the top of the head and with a paper towel or towel you can rip the skin right off and it becomes and nice fillet

From the beaches of South Florida currently residing in Northwest Arkansas. great wahoo got to love the sea zebra. We make Parmesan crusted striped bass up here this pretty dang good. anyway keep it up love your videos. Sucks about the boat ramps being closed down there my family is having a hard time getting the boats out anyway keep it tight and God bless

Watching from PA. The boat ramps are open but the weather is still cool to cold. Water temps in the low 50's. The bass are biting but I'd rather be eating fresh Wahoo and Tuna.

Hey Victor! You should try to roll your fish chunks in flour before dipping them in the eggs. Next time I get wahoo I’ll try the panko, looks nice! Fishing in Bonaire Dutch Caribbean, we’re not in quarantine yet as there’s no cases yet on the island 🤞 you guys stay safe!
You can take the bloodline out much easier if you slightly cut it out as you do each fillet. It's a finesse thing that you have to learn how to do but it's easy and saves all the meat which I think is the best tasting fish in the sea!!😎👍👍
In australia we iki(head spike) then bleed every fish we plan too eat. Would highly recommend doing it on all ur tuna bonito wahoo ect. Improves the eating quality by a lot
Swfl (fort myers area) all public beaches and piers are closed. I did hit up ding darling which is a which is a state park/estuary a couple days ago to fish but I believe that's been closed now also. There's 1 private pier out on bokeelia that is allowing fishing but understandably they are limiting how many people on the Pier for the time being

If the weather is good u can go get wahoo. I go out sometimes on a lake n bay 21 but the ocean is smooth. U can go 2 or less just stay away from storms.
