Improved emotional well-being: Numerous studies have shown that practicing art, including painting, helps to reduce stress levels and improve mood. Creating beautiful images on canvas helps us to relax, take our minds off everyday life and find inner peace. Improved concentration and attention: Working on a canvas requires us to concentrate as much as possible and pay attention to detail.
