Very attractive, looks close to a Modern civilian version of a WW2 P-51 Mustang.. it's really beautiful inside and out, Great stats EXCEPT for Useful load.. about 900Lbs useful load, what's that, like 3 Americans and a duffel bag lol.. that's disappointing. therefore because of that I'd rather buy a new Beechcraft Bonanza G36 for that price. Or a Beechcraft Baron g58, or diamond Da62 or da42.. ehh actually there's A LOT I'd take over that with that price and low Useful load

Agreed, it is very attractive airplane, I like the Mooney, especially the addition of the left side door. The obvious thing is it is fast and stable, a well built design. However Useful Load is a big problem which needs to be pointed out. Useful load is 980 lbs so Maximum Fuel Useful Load is only 380 lbs Now deduct the weight of Air Conditioning -66 lbs Now deduct the FIKI approved TKS anti icing system -95 lbs So now you have Useful Load of 219 lbs, so add back in the AC's because you can just taxi with the door cracked Now you have to fly on Half Fuel for obvious reasons = 50 Gallons, so add back in 300 lbs. Now you have a Useful Load of 585 lbs. No overweight people (including the pilot) No heavy luggage AND THEN: Limit your power settings for reasonable endurance - in other words LOWER YOUR SPEED. So much for the fastest single piston engine general aviation aircraft. This is a very sad situation. 😮💨
The useful load is similar to a Cirrus when you adjust fuel load for the different fuel burn of both. I’d like a little greater useful load, but it’s rarely a problem.

I think it's computer generated. You can tell by the mispronunciation of certain words.

Useful load is too low to be practical
Not true. Similar useful load to many piston singles. Difference is people alway compare with full fuel, which is rarely needed, especially with a Mooney which has a lower fuel burn than any of it’s competitors.
If you take all the options the pilot will probably need to weigh under 100 lbs. and no passengers.
