Releasing cool trailers is good. Releasing the actual product in a timely fashion is even better.

Well, It's August 2023 and these laptops are in stock on newegg . . . I like the extra airflow design. And a Num Pad in the touch pad ? That's nice too. However - Laptops are LAP Tops . . . to be used on top of someone's knees, so it should not cook their legs or body with High temps. Running in power saver mode helps... If you are browsing or just typing - no need for MAX CORES MAX SPEED! - Text and Office doesn't need all that power.
This seems to have a lot of overlap with the upcoming Studiobook 16 refresh. Curious as to why you'd make products that compete with your other products, and what the key differences and target markets of the two will be.
Seriously though. Why should anyone pick this one (and pay more) over the Studiobook 16? The Studiobook 16 starts at $1,599 and is on sale right now. The Zenbook Pro 16X starts at $2,499. That's $900 difference.

@@amirhaveryt Im in france, and had a SB16 4070 for one month. The pc runs very badly. Lightroom struggle/ lots of lags when opening photoshop/ lots of windows explorer FC's.... all tests were OK and in the green.... I'v just returned it. I need a powerfull oled laptop, I hope this one will do better than the studiobook ;)

This feature is good❤, but I would like to share my opinion about new feature, In all laptops as already inbuild graphic card, this method as a problem - if I use editing software like Photoshop but I installed a new version yesterday the graphics card didn't supported this version, In desktop as if an editing software update comes we will use new graphics card, then I am saying that you can make new feature graphics card can exchange like RAM (we can remove exchange lower gb to higher gb) like this.

@sakurito55 For me, having that second screen is perfect for video/images/audio editing, debugging code, and monitoring backend and server-side applications. That would be my first time purchasing an ASUS laptop, so I don't know how it compares to Pro Duo. It's more for the convenience of having a second screen in the same device than anything else. I'm just hoping they will be releasing a more updated CPU and GPU.

@@StephenPursey for gaming i feel like the only downsides i see are the lack of just some rgb lighting and also at least a 165hz display. 120hz will certainly get the job done but 165 or 240 would have been ideal. Of course if they did that people would probably ditch their current gaming laptop line.

This "display is attached to the keyboard and not to the body of the laptop" idea seems a terrible idea and a nightmare to repair in the future.
At 0:35 it appears the keyboard is not raised like I see in the other parts of the video. Does this mean we can actually control whether the keyboard is raised or not??

If companies keep pushing OLED and integrated parts, you know why they're doing it. You can't customize your laptop; can't upgrade RAM; can't fix it easily; it breaks down periodically. Like an addict, you're hooked for life. Nobody should be buying those kinds of products, and the people who do are just not built smart.
