After watching her reporting from Tel Aviv, i must say she is an unbiased joirnalist atleast she is much better than the western sponsored journalists who show only one side of the picture and thats from the israeli perspective, while palki is also showing the Palestinian perspective, which is what true journalism is meant to be. Journalism should be unbiased, otherwise it just becomes a tool to manipulate people and to shift the public opinion. Let me explain by data In 1947 there were about 20.5% Hindus in west pakistan/present day pakistan which plummeted to mere 1.6% according to the 1998 census, without systemic persecution it wouldn't have happened. Every year 1000+ minor girls from minority communities mostly hindus and sikhs gets forcibly converted in pakistan even the judiciary of pakistan doesn't come to help or give justice to such victims. Another example is of Kalash people of nooristan province in pakistan, they are distinct people with distinct religion of their own, pakistan government doesn't even puts their number in data, WHY???? And i know, now someone would probably ask, what about india so FYI the population of minority has been doubled to its number in 1947.

Olmert said that Hamas was built by Netanyahu to play against the Palestinian Authority and he even funneled money to Hamas for that. Olmert was ex-PM of Israel. You left out an important piece of information about Hamas: they were democratically elected by Palestinians in 2006 but the US and Israel rejected the elections and even tried to stage a coup against Hamas but failed. It is important to keep in mind that the Israeli occupation of Palestine predates Hamas. Equally important, Israel has left no choice for Palestinians but to resist in any form.
hamas was NOT democratically elected, they were "elected" after they were paid by Israel to assassinate all PLO leaders and commanders. It wasn't an election, it was a coup.

"You cannot control or leverage radicals." Aptly put! And it isn't just Israel or the US, but India as well that has made this mistake more than once. First it was Indira Gandhi and Sikh radicals (Bhindranwale), for leverage in Punjab, then it was Rajiv Gandhi's turn to stoke problems in Sri Lanka with the LTTE. And who can forget the Hurriyat, who were funded by Pakistan and coddled by successive Indian governments! All these decades later, we are still paying the price for these mistakes.
Mistake also made in India - Indira Gandhi & Bhindranwale. Same pattern - getting an extremist element to your bid and then voila.....it backfires into a worse predicament. Lesson to learn and not forget.

Immediately after October 7 it was confirmed by Ehud Olmert - former Prime minister of Israel. He told that Natanyahu supported Hamas all years when he was in power.

It was more of a punishment to the Sri Lankan government because they provided support to Pakistan in 1971 war. In fact Pakistani submarines & ships were allowed to dock in Sri Lanka ports to attack India from the South. After Indian victory in 1971 war, PM Indira Gandhi was believed to have armed the Tamil Tigers who were already demanding a separate state in Sri Lanka due to widespread discrimination by the Sinhalese dominant state. However after Indira Gandhi's assassination, her son Rajiv Gandhi became the next PM. Rajiv reversed the policy towards the Sri Lankans and offered to negotiate a peace deal with the two sides. The Indian army was send there to disarm the Tamil militants but one Tamil Tiger faction under Prabhagaran refused to comply and led to conflict between Indian army and Tamil Tigers, the rest is history. There are also allegations among Indian security experts that the Sri Lankan government also backed the Tigers against Indian forces to give the Indian government a bloody nose for interfering in their country. But it should be remembered that all this mess started after Sri Lanka interfered in Indo-Pak war of 1971 on the side of Pakistan. So there is no body with moral high ground on this issue and the Sri Lankan government throughout history had been terrible to their Tamil minority, often creating refugee crisis in Southern India.

It is widely believed that Indo-Lanka diplomatic relations were considerably soured after Colombo allowed the refueling.

The words "inadvertently," is incorrect. This words means without intention; accidentally. Stop playing games with words and playing both sides. He funded Hamas, he helped them because he saw them as an asset, to stall peace negotiations between Isreal and Palestinian people. He wanted to bypass the Palestinians and try to go to Saudi, Qatar etc. In his own words Netanyahu himself had effectively admitted as much a couple of months before Distel Atbaryan made her comments, when he declared in a Likud meeting that “anyone who wants to thwart the establishment of a Palestinian state needs to support strengthening Hamas. This is part of our strategy, to isolate Palestinians in Gaza from Palestinians in Judea and Samaria.” Therefore, it was intentional not inadvertently.

The way Hamas carried out the operation, it is clear they are getting weapons and topnotch training and financial backings. ISI...the top intelligence agency and training provider to all Muslim militant groups. So, this type of sophisticated infiltration will happen at Kashmir as well. 4. There were Jews in Palestine since the 1920's, beginning the Zionist movement. Settled into Kibbutzim and had a great influence on agriculture and development. "Palestinians", as a people, don't exist. They're from neighboring Arab states (Jordan, Syria Egypt and Qtar). Since the British through the League of Nations gave it to post war Jewish refugees to share with this Arab diaspora, these countries gave them a mission.
