Ayahuasca Trip Report with Kyle Kingsbury

My brother, Kyle Kingbury, came back on the podcast to decompress and share the story of his 25th Ayahuasca journey. Despite his many past experiences, he was still an infant in the lap of mama Aya. On this journey, there were nights that never ended, filled with old memories of his earliest fears, and ultimately a surrender that led to the cessation of his generational trauma. Kyle recently launched his own podcast The Kyle Kingsbury Podcast. Subscribe here: bit.ly/KKPAMP213

    • Joseph Cermak I believe in you. Go for it. I’m scared to death each time I drink, but will always go back. Is being your best self not worth the risk? Time is ticking. Only so much life left. Make it the best. Good luck. She’ll treat you to the ceremony you need.

  • I have done Aya twice and San Pedro 12 times. Now I realize that what I want to achieve is to eventually work through all of the negative energy that had been passed through generations so that I do not pass it on to my children. This is where it stops. On the one side it is incredibly difficult and on the other side I feel extremely privileged. Keep working

    • I can relate so much to this comment of ‘it is extremely difficult’ but also so privileged. I feel the exact same way

  • It's not always difficult. I've only done it once but it was everything except difficult. It was beautiful beyond measure and even the purging wasn't bad. 3 Biggest takeaways for me were 1. Nothing is more important than honoring our health. There is no seperation between anything. Our health is Earth's health. 2. To be present for others, not from guilt but from a calm duty. 3. To create, to sing and to play. Everything is alright even when it's not. Just putting it out there, don't get anything set in your mind before going in. Don't expect it to be anything (beautiful or difficult) Follow the dieta with discipline and know that whatever is taught is exactly what needs to be taught. Great podcast guys! 🙏

  • The insight he was giving about his relationship with his father and how the medicine was allowing him to see the cycle that his dad was perpetuating was amazing. These medicines have an uncanny ability to get you to see things beyond the confines of your ego and I had a similar experience on mushrooms and it changed me forever. We are all subject to conditioning and programming from our environment and most people are just living out those programs unconsciously. So as challenging as it might be...we need to learn to cultivate gratitude and understanding for people and these medicines show you that in such a beautiful way
