  • You know what? That mouse he's using is the best budget baller of all time. It's only 200-250₹ and has RGB has 4 dpi modes upto 3200 Dpi And 2 extra buttons (Forward,backwards) I've been using for one year and pretty good! But sure it's time to move on got bored of its look.

  • Portronics doesn’t have any walk-in service centre. For warranty claim, one has to courier the defective product to their NCR or Mumbai address, at your own cost. They don’t provide pick up services, like other similar brands, even though they haven’t opened any service network. In short, pathetic after sales service.

  • Bey chutiye design nhi hai vo ergonomic mouse bolte hai ise. It is used by ppl who have wrist pain while using normal mouse because of the way the wrist is placed. With this mouse, the hand is in a normal relaxed position avoiding the wrist pain problem. I have used this and it works. I used to have wrist pain. Now I don't. I use this mouse.
