Even though he walked away from football way too soon (right or wrong, a player's health should always be their primary concern), Luck was incredible for the Colts, and a game away, against TOM FREAKIN BRADY, from taking Indy back to the Superbowl. Russell Wilson is a Hall of Fame Quarterback, but Andrew Luck was a generational talent.

And to address the inevitable freak outs, Brady is a very good QB. He happens to be the QB of the most SB winning teams, but no way in hell is he best QB in NFL history. • Luck's problem was he was drafted by the Colts with Jim Irsay as the owner and Ryan Grigson as the GM. Look at the draft history of Ryan Grigson and see how many busts he drafted as I think only Luck, Hilton and Kelly were good enough to remain on the team while all the others were traded or completely out of the NFL. Not only did Grigson drafted nothing but busts, he did very little too help Luck as he didn't draft an offensive linemen until the 6th or 7th round. Luck's best RB was also old man Frank Gore. Grigson finally selected an offensive in Ryan Kelly after Luck got hurt.

They're important, but a guy who only sees the field 10 plays a game is just not as important as even an average QB. They came back in 1999…they were an expansion team, not the NE Patriots with Bill and a defense that had all pro and pro bowl talent everywhere and a pro bowl QB in Drew Bledsoe for him to sit behind and learn from for a year because Tim Couch did in fact go down in 01 and 02 so it’s possible if the Browns took Brady instead of Spergon Wynn that he would’ve seen playing time in Cleveland and there wouldn’t be some miracle run he goes on that sparks his legend, he’d be just another name on that famous Browns QB jersey
