  • She’s a great psychotherapist and a great woman too. An acute connoisseur of human mind. I’ve read all her books during my training and I found them to be a source of inspiration.

  • Nancy McWilliams is such a brilliant psychologist, researcher, and lecturer. She has honestly helped me immensely with my own understanding of how to be a practicing psychologist and how to utilize theory to help my clients.

  • Thank you. I have always greatly valued Dr. McWilliam's clarity in her teachings, and her wisdom, experience and passion. She is so expert and helping me to understand and appreciate integrative and contemporary psychodynamic theory and practice. One of the absolute foundational pioneers of alternative conceptualizations of personality and other clinical psychiatric disorders. Thank you so much for passing this along.

  • A very interesting and useful list of criteria for mental health, considering that therapists are trained to view things from the angle of pathology
