Is it possible to put through the pasta machine Marcato other dough recipes? , like for making gyozas, Mexican tortillas, or pie dough. Thank you.

Ciao, of course you can use the machine for all hard not-leavened doughs (avoid doughs that contain butter)

Buongiorno ho acquistato lo stampo per i vermicelli ma non mi vengono bene a che numero bisogna mettere per lo spessore per i vermicelli grazie per caso hai qualche video per i vermicelli? E scusami i vermicelli non dovrebbero essere più grossi dei bigoli? Grazie mille e aspetto una tua risposta

Ciao Patrizia, i vermicelli sono un formato di pasta simile agli spaghetti, ti consigliamo di stendere la pasta alla posizione numero 5 del regolatore.
