  • I was so right about TK not acting like a real boss. TK is a wimp in real-life who is scared of confrontation. It's no wonder he's afraid to handle these incidents, and had a lack of communications towards his employees. I was so right about Punk not wanting to be in AEW anymore after the Brawl Out incident. Punk knew separating him and the Elite on different shows was not going to work out. That's why Punk decided he wanted out on AEW. I don't blame him. So everything we've heard on the shoot interview from Eric Bischoff, Big Swole, Johnathan Gresham, LuFisto, and Jim Cornette are partially true. They're right about AEW had a lack of leadership, communication, and structures. Those issues drove Punk away. The Elite, Perry and TK should all be ashamed of themselves for driving Punk away. So yes, Tony Khan is a clown.

Not them earning it, but the ability of Tony Khan to burn it. He has 0 accountability, and that's why there are so many employees and so little bosses. Even fewer that are good at it. As punk mentioned, he might be a nice guy, but not a boss. Cornette mentioned how he would've handled that situation, is that the best way? Maybe not, but you need to do something, at least set an example. What we have now is, the top guy is making a tonne of money for your "competition", the guy that caused all of this is getting paid from two separate companies, for half the work and zero impact on the business. TK, please work less and hire somebody.

    • Say what you will about Tony Khan, but let's put Punk under the microscope for a minute. He's a VERY confrontational individual. He doesn't seem to know how to talk to others without escalating things instead of being the wise veteran and giving advice to the younger wrestler. This is the SECOND fight he instigated with a completely different group of wrestlers. While he may have good points, the way he addresses issue is VERY IMMATURE for a guy in his 40s. He criticizes the boss for not being a leader, yet what kind of leader is Punk being as a veteran? The fact that he laughs about telling Jack Perry how he would kill him speaks volumes about his ego. He had a God complex. I became a big fan back in the "Summer of Punk" in 2011 and was so excited to see him return in August 2021, but he's really starting to rub me the wrong way. His entire approach to things is unprofessional. Let's hope he does strike out in WWE, because he's in his last at bat...

Like he said several times, "you wouldn't like the way I would handle it," yet he is put in that position because he was working with guys with even bigger egos than his own who would go off script and waste his and the companies time. Punk had to deal with it himself because his boss wouldn't defend Punk or even his own company when his talent tried walking all over everyone. Punk's situation is what happens when you don't have leadership. Punk tried to play his part, but Tony wanted Punk to handle Jack Perry because he couldn't, and this is what happened.

  • The fact that a nobody (wrestling wise) like Jack Perry would even dare to say something like that to a world known veteran like CM Punk (and any other veteran) just speaks to how the culture in that company is all about: "I'm the real deal" and not "I should be at least considerative of some veterans advice and keep my head down cause I haven't payed my dues" and it's something that if it would happen in WWE then well...let's just say that JBL and Bob Holly would have a field day

    • True. Tony Khan may be a total wuss, but that's no excuse for CM Punk to play tough guy and fight with his co workers backstage. Punk didn't like following a strong boss like Vince McMahon; and he doesn't like following a weak boss like Tony Khan. Bottom line is that CM Punk simply doesn't like following orders of any kind. He wants to be the boss of himself and of everyone else everywhere he works at.
