  • If you like this, you might like Nathan Fake the sky was pink (James Holden remix), Tranquilliser, by Oliver Huntermann, or Scoopertrack by extrawelt. The thing they have in common is a musical technique called “the Picardy third”, in which the chord progression has a cadence where there is a shift from minor to major. It has a particular feeling about it. You’ll notice this in all of these tracks. Happy listening :)

  • I was listening to this song for like 2 years, i don't know exactly but it was really carved into my brain and heart and felt every singe emotion of the song every time i've listened to it. Through all this time, as i've discovered new songs, this one became rarer and rarer in my playlist and at one point completely forgot about it. I have started watching TV shows on Netflix and came across - The OA. At the moment Oa (the main character of the show) started repeating the same words as in this song, i freaked out and with that all the emotions kicked me at the same time, as i was listening way back at the time when i discovered this song. I'm feeling very happy for unexplainable reason. Im typing this right after i watched that episode, and i want to share my happiness with all of you. Im grateful for this song very much.

    • For me it was the other way around! I was introduced to the show about two years ago. The OA has a special place in my heart for the unexplicable emotions and the deep resonance it evokes in me. I've recently thought about watching it again. Randomly clicking on a recommended video and really liking the music, I didn't expect to hear parts of her story in it. Wow..
