2020 is just a rollercoaster-
I'm just a random ass dude watching this on my phone from India 🇮🇳. Got goosebumps during countdown. Congratulations SpaceX , Congratulations to all Americans.. what a beautiful news at this unprecedented times.
RATHNESH RATU Thank you, love to india
India is fortunate not to have a president like the USA’s!
Thanks for putting a green sign taking up 1/4 of the screen. NOT!
the banner was so aestethicc
What's amazing watching this, with all the risk and volatility of such a mission even in these modern times....the fact that guys strapped themselves on a rocket 60yrs ago, with computing power less than that of a laptop and survived to talk about it is super crazy.
KnightDriveTV I think they had the computing power of a calculator. That makes it more impressive to me!
Fake.....👍
Lynn Cuthbert] Real...👍🏾
Sure, these guys are going through all this trouble for a 200 mile trip, but they were able to go 500,000 miles using a calculator in 1960s.
@@gabe6281 using fuel... You are overestimating the importance of a strong computer for space flight
2:50:10 it starts, Thank me later
Thanks!!🤗
This is me, later, thanking you
You may not be an astronaut, but you are still a hero.
Thank youuuu haha
Thanks
I loved the subtle nods paying homage to Alan Shepard ! ‘Let’s light this candle’
Absolutely amazing. What a time of this world that we get to experience.
Captain Plaintiff Shut the fuck up degenerate
@Captain Plaintiff What? How?
Captain Plaintiff we don’t need ignorant people like you
Why not dude!
Where's all the flat earthers 🤣
🤣
Will De Meyer LOL
@Smash someone got triggered 😵😵😵
The earth ain't flat
Honestly the shape of the earth is irrelevant so just be happy that no one died and the launch was successful
It makes me mad that they didn’t show the crew on the ship when it launched
Thank you for sharing. The UK media don’t think this Is important enough to even cover. Manned space flight is apparently much less news worthy than a guy driving to his mums to care for his kid. You couldn’t make this stuff up. Well done guys fly safe 🙏
cummings should be sacked
hes an idiot
stefanie campman do you know the names of the 2 guys that have just taken off in a space rocket 🚀
do you know all the names of the untruthful and rascist mps and congresspeople and senetors in the british and american governments
Henry James ok I’m probably just easily impressed with space travel. You are right it is me I obviously need to be more impressed by gameshows and hospital dramas they are more important. I will try to change take care my friend
Riots on the ground (unfortunately) and astronauts in space. It's like the sixties all over again! Wooooooo hooooo!!!! I am stoked!
Rick H I was just thinking the exact same thing. 🤔
Its not like they planed for the riots though, they had this set up before hand and to give up so much progress just to stop the rocket launch for riots would be dumb
@@cheetosnap8475 ...You are right...They probably have had this planned for at least over a year lol...Plus, to delay the launch would actually just cost more money then they already have spent...
It’s like history repeating itself
😂😂😂
Here's everyone that missed the launch
Notice how smooth it is inside the capsule. Can’t see any vibration you would expect. Amazing.
Man it's about time America sent astronauts back up there
Elon Musk is from South Africa. Give credit to the man who had the passion for this in the first place.
@Smash He is obviously an alien, trying to get home.
More like its about time we have commercial competition in the market. This launch starts an era in which more and more space sectors become privatised, bringing in competition, makIng them cheaper, and bringing humans one step closer to colonizing other terrestrial bodies.
Ramon Yusuf de Bruijn But he’s American lmao
Elon you did it again absolutely phenomenal !!! Now we need to talk about liquid fluoride thorium reactors.
I'm going to put my quantum harmonizer in your photonic resonation chamber!
Oh man. What I'd give for molten-salt reactors to finally become a reality. It would solve so many problems we have with the production of clean energy. Yet here we are, still burning coal.
Historic.
Thanks!!!
@2:59:52 I can already hear the skepticism from this cut off lol.
This is just totally awesome!
Amazing!
Hey do you mind if use you to cover up my food so it doesnt get food?
Hey Saran wrap, could I wrap you around my sandwich?
just a random person] Sure!
@@nutman2353 cool, thanks so much!
Молодцы. Дай бог.
It looks like such a comfortable pod for the astronauts, nice job SpaceX
2:59:51.... There was a loss of signal when the drone ship was about to land. Wish I could've seen that 3:02:30... there was a loss of signal during separation. wish I could've seen that as well. It sucks that the signal cut during those exact moments smh🙄
that is life lol
Very interesting how it happen right when two major events where staging.. Wondering if the feed was killed on purpose incase anything went wrong.
Yes!
Someone explained it before, I think its because of the heavy vibration that the drone is experiencing while the rocket is landing causing disruption to from transmitting live feed. But they already proposed a solution about this that is by putting the transmitter from a separate drone. Idk about the second one though.
@@justincruse8681 even if it did go wrong, its not like it will impact national security....like Pentagon video surveillance
Thank you for posting. I had the chance to see a rocket launch in 2018. Amazing experience. I shared a pretty cool video of the trip to my page.
Congrats!! Concerned not viewing 1st stage landing.. Would love to see the other camera angles on that
C'est vraiment Magnifaiiique
You are all such troopers!
It is awesome experience to see this live . Especially the kitty cat inside the model capsicule . I am in Georgia 👏👍
RIP George Flyod
Technically their last place before they leave is in the spaceship
Standing, the lastplace where they will be STANDING.
@Captain Plaintiff huh
Elon Musk...you made history today.
Yeah not the hundreds of scientists and engineers working to making this happen .-.
Elon Musk was the driving force though
Perfect.......
The banner at the bottom covers too much (:
yep, who doesnt know if its nasa and spacex
Ksatria Cipta true
This is awesome to see love it
strange how at TWO very importent happenings that they lost video contact! the return to the ship one minute a ship then lost contatct then back on live and a booster sat on the deck and the same for the parting of another booster
A coincidence? I think not ....
@@jeremymiller1044 Astro NOT! ha ha
I was sad as we missed two very interesting bits. There were many bits I was hoping to see that they swapped to another camera at the last minute, Still got to see some exciting thing that were interesting. Maybe they will release those bits that were missing due to "Signal Lost"
Could have done without the promotional banner obscuring the bottom of the picture. WHY?
why didnt they show the landing??
West Dragon, awesome!
All the best
Very interesting Alberto 😊😚🤗
AWESOME
If this happened when I was a kid there’s no way I wouldn’t want to be an astronaut. It would have been my mission.
восхищаюсь!!!
2:50:00: 30 seconds till liftoff for those who don’t want to wait. Enjoy!
Great new suits
wow!
Awsome!!
One day I'll buy a ticket for the SpaceX's space tourism. And I will buy a seat for the leader of a flat Earthers.
ye, the literature have been stating this. Two years ago in a PhD program I learnt of this Space X, I had no idea. There is already a price for a pod of two person. People are already interested. Lets see.
Please do
2:50:00 before anything interesting happens
Mike Bloomberg, wanted to go,but the sign said he was to short for the ride.🚀😂
Space x is a amazing. Elon is the great mind. I was hoping we would have anther great thinker like Tesla, Instaine, and Deaventey. I know I didn't spell their names right. Never said I was the worlds next great mind just happy we have one. Ty to Musk and his team
At least he's doing something interesting with his money, rather than getting a gold plated toilet.
This is epic however i keep laughing over the fact that people think this is fake, also they dont run off of tax and please do some research before posting a stupid comment
Fake
These people are idiots. They refuse to also believe satellites exist yet they are easily seen in sky at night slowly rotating. And if you have satellite TV you need to adjust your antenna to 1-2 of the satellites for a connection. Many people have to chop trees down or put on roof or stream cables from a neighbor. ... They also don't believe in gravity so apparently they've never seen a basketball drop or ever dropped any item such as a fork by accident. They also believe the sky is just a projection screen.... The moon is just a picture the government posted in the sky. An ant and a cock roach has a more intelligent brain than these people do.
Earth is flat you freaking moron!!!!! Lol just kidding! Amazing and our new space suits are sick!
Ikr ! 😂😂😂 fucking ignorant idiots !!
@@zippitydodaday6037 you mean like cable tv or as they call it now satellite tv a bit like global warming as become climate change 😂😂😂😂
Something I find a bit strange. Every time I’ve seen the rocket that returns to earth. Just as its about to land.. the camera cuts out. When the picture returns. It’s the ticket sitting there like look we landed it. Anyone else find this dodgy?
*ticket/rocket. Excuse my gramma
Its because NASA fakes all their footage. Its all heavily edited and acted out. Notice the way the people at NASA talk. They seem a bit off
Ja mes you do realize it’s not NASA right?
Ja mes that wasn’t nasa, that’s why this flight was a big deal
@@kojeb Nasa and SpaceX are one in the same just different names. Both work for the government
2:50:21 thank me later
Nice!
Bring back Wheatley and space core for us. Portal 3 confirmed?
GLAD I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE THINKING THAT!!! HAHA!
SSSSSSSPPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEE
Elon look at Elon so inspirational sending people to space.
@soiung toiue IDK what your talking about but so inspirational.
@soiung toiue Florida is U.S soil
@soiung toiue IDK why it's specially dedicated to Americans.
Of course video cuts out before it lands
2:53:55 what's that by the engine? A blooper?
Yeah !!!!!!!!
Loss of signal just as stage 1 lands on drone ship! Lens before covered with raindrops, after clear! Another loss of signal at separation of stage 2, no pics of actual moment of separation!
what u expect, 5g? 😂
That was a weird ending
Why do I cry watching this 😭
Because you're a cry baby
The astronauts are like damn I’m glad we in space. Shits all fucked up down on earth
I dint se the first stage land in the platform
From 2:52:05 - 2:52:22, which way is the rocket traveling, left or right?
different cameras one left and one right.
Hopefully in the next vid the news crew will remain silent...I want to hear from the ppl aboard the ship.
Almost forgot we can do incredible things like this. Thanks for the reminder Elon.
Where the hell is darth vader. I dont pay taxes for this. I want vader
Would of been nice to the route it was doing you guys blocked it bottom of the screen
Damn... i teared up 😢😅
2:49:00 Actual start of the launch sequence.
Countdown lady super annoying, get the guy from the 1960's back at once
Unfortunately Jack King passed away in 2012
Bryce Peterson No, he passed away in 2015.
2:59:50 ever heard of a gaming term called "spliced speedrun"
I wonder what flat earthers have tp say ofter watching this launch?!!?!?
They're not. They're watching some KZhead random spouting shite.

2:56:59 nice 🐀 went along for the ride 😂 on the shaft in front of the mylar, left camera.
And no one saw when rocked touch down. It was exactly in 3:00:00
So what happens to the second stage rocket? Does it drop to earth and burn in the atmosphere?
Cool... 😊
Just saw 🚀 liftoff safe travels. Cool space suits.
All great, but NASA 720p in 2020 seriously?
I think you are forgetting that the video has to travel from space to earth at a fast speed. It would be much more difficult to transfer 1080 video.
@@kirey5477 I'm talking about the launch, the camera is on the ground, what signal, other news channels broadcasted it in 4k. About the space, its not much more difficult for 1080p or 4k for that matter, satellite signal has high response time e.g lag, not bandwidth issues. You are forgetting that ISS is broadcasting in 4k all the time 24/7
Awesome!!!! Break a leg!!!
Congratulations, SpaceX!!!! This has been your finest moment to date! PS: Of course I still love you.
Bob and Doug went Godspeed
I see the NASA logo but where or do the Space X have a logo? It should be next to the NASA logo on this joint USA Historical event.
Bravest of The Brave!
Wow the sound cut out that was very disappointing
Somebody please explain me what is the difference between this space program compare to another ?
reusable rockets make space travel more economical this is the first human test launch
Thats great bro thanks
@@NITIN-ib1vk np not to mention they get back valuable date to make future launches better
