I can't get over this collection! Tonight we're doing an #ASMR unboxing of the Flower Knows Strawberry Rococo set with soft spoken and tapping. Love those packaging sounds. Makeup is from - flowerknows.co/?ref=IXO5soUo

I'll tell you- I LOVED setting up for this video. Just going full tilt into the rococo theme, I wandered around my place going "Oh this would be good. OH I should include this too" 😂 It was such a good time! Even though my interior decorating style isn't really 18th century inspired I had lots of things that would work. Also when I was antiquing in NJ I found that vintage handkerchief with the bows and flowers, I thought it would be so perfect for this video so I had to grab it. I'm always keeping my eyes out for little treasures like that.
I ended up not swatching all of the eyeshadows on my hand because the lip colours actually stained my hand quite a bit! I had to scrub to remove (I think because of my skin colour the red really stood out) and I ultimately decided it would be more useful to just show you how the other products look worn in a video so I'm going to use them in another video instead.

    • I hope they don't sell in China then, since China requires animal testing on all beauty products sold there.. No way I can enjoy this knowing that while the packaging might be beautiful, the product inside is the cause of pain and suffering on innocent animals..

  • I feel a little awkward writing emotional comments, but I just really wanted to say thank you for making these videos 💗 I cherish the sense of comfort and calm this channel brings me in times of stress, but beyond that I also wanted to say that your videos just hold such a beautiful energy to them- your attitude and the way that you admire little details in things that bring you joy is really inspiring, and something I’ve carried through to my own life in the time since I started watching your videos. Just being mindful and grateful and seeing the beauty in what life has to offer. I know sometimes that this industry makes people feel like they have to be bigger and better, constantly producing and growing, and like their art doesn’t have a real impact unless numbers are constantly rising..   • I can't stop thinking about how much nicer that makeup brush would look if they'd use that opalescent plastic from the blush and eyeshadow palettes for the brush handle. That bright saturated blue just looks so out of place next to the rest of the collection (which is painfully lovely!).

  • This makeup is actually really nice, for the price the packaging and the quality you get is seriously nice, the lip cream as well is very reminiscent of Korean lip tints but the fact it comes out as a matte cream and not a liquid that dries down is very nice, I was a little disappointed that the mirror is made out of plastic when it was quite expensive though

I'm watching this on a Sunday morning because I woke up extremely stressed about life, and rather than getting out of bed immediately to do chores, I decided to watch your video. I'm glad I did.   • Hi ALB, I saw this on your tiktok and it was so immediately soothing I popped here last night to see the video. Thanks for such a lovely video. The rumbling tapping and lovely visuals was exactly in tune with what I needed. I'm disabled, my legs and one of my arms cause me so much pain I can't keep still let alone sleep. Somehow you knocked me out (haha, ALB for the TKO), I'm tearing up at the sheer relief it was. I hope this doesn't come across as awkward or an overshare, but sometimes pain makes me feel hopeless and less than human. This community of ASMR has been with me through personal grief, and stress, cancer surgery and treatment, and my current limitations and isolation. I don't know how to express how much it keeps the darkness at bay. Pain is more than pain, it's destructive and sometimes refuses to let the light in. Thanks for being a light that gets through. I hope today is treating you and yours well, xxx
