  • Absolute king shit. I went from 330 to 200. The amount of respect I have for others who have lost insane amounts of weight is astronomical. It’s one thing to get that big, it’s another to completely change it. The mental aspect is harder than the physical one, meaning eating clean is really very simple. The mental hurdles of “will my skin be ok?,” “will I ever be where I want to be?,” etc are really most of the battle. Patience is 100% required, as well and the internal desire to change, and the strength to stay the course.

  • I COMPLETELY understand the mindset of a man who doesn't like confrontation but is drawn to combat sports. It seems paradoxical but it really isnt. I feel like its not necessarily the confrontation that people avoid, it's the artificiality of the confrontation, and consequently the lack of a true resolution. Any confrontation requires an expenditure of energy/time/cognitive resources and if you don't anticipate a satisfactory resolution you will become reluctant to waste energy on confrontation. A physical confrontation on the other hand is one of the most true and instinctual forms of confrontation one can experience. There is no room for dishonesty and bullshit. If ur not serious you can he hurt badly. And a physical confrontarion pretty much guarantees some form of lasting resolution that comes with some deep instinctual understanding. Its not some cognitive mess of "thoughts" and confabulatory conclusions. It's an understanding that reaches deep. And I think deep down, and many fighters and martial arts practitioners have echoed these thoughts, fighters seek a deeper form of truth. An honesty that can only really exist between 2 men in a cage a ring whatever ready to die, where there is literally no room for lies, where it is practically impossible to lie. You can lie with you mouth but not with your intent, not with your actions. For me personally it's not the confrontation in and of itself that I loathe. It's the lies and bullshit that seem to permeate EVERY single social interaction.

  • this is a great interview when I trained in martial arts I sparred my friends only once and found peace in martial arts and deceided to practice even harder... to make sure I can protect my friends.. so I practiced only defense.. and made sure not to lift weights.. just in case I went to far I couldnt really hurt anyone.. I understand this interview big time.. the power of defense lead to the highest offense.. it allowed me to enter a ssj level of rage when it was finally time to offensively attack.. (which never happen really) and know how hard soeone is going to punch someone because of defense only martial arts constant practice.. then knowing body weight potential then how they are gonna fight based on body type then how they are gonna fight based on facial expression.. then how they are gonna fight based on ionic energy or ions shooting out of the brain due to "anxiety" (positive ions) or protections (negative ions)… defense was the ultimate answer the kindness of mercy.(caring for others) allowed me to enter a level of egoism that was so selfish.. the world bends to my will when I enter a higher mental activity state known a epsilon wave.. or ultra instincts..

Its should not be so easy where u can just walk into a store and come out with one.
