Blood flow restriction therapy veteran here. I just keep telling myself each session with it is like 3 regular sessions without it. Helps keep me focused and working hard, even when I don't really want to. Hang in there, Kris! We love you! Merry Christmas to you, Marcus and the pups! 🎄

the arm pressure band they placed on you is called BFR or Blood Flow Restriction training, which will aid in muscle hypertrophy!

Kristin! I always play the fireplace on my tv too even though ours works haha...however, I recommend playing “coffee shop ambience” on KZhead whenever you are working around/cleaning the house. It’s so cozy and a perfect way to stay safe during Covid all the while getting cozy coffee shop feels!

Hey, there! I came across your channels a while back when you first posted about your accident. I also broke my femur a couple years ago. I am so glad that you and Marcus are going to physical therapy. My post-op care was not very good and I didn't go to PT until this past summer. I wish I would have gone in the beginning like you guys. I know it is not fun, but it is totally worth it. Keep it up!!!
