My dad is an amazing man! He gave so much even when he didn't have to! We are so thankful to give him this car back!

  • My story is the opposite. I was dating this girl and then I dumped her and bought a Corvette. Still brings tears to my eye every time I see that beauty in my garage.

He passed on father's day in 94. I helped build- remodel a trailer. Took out 3 exterior walls. That was in 1979. It's in a flood zone & hate to sink that kind of money in it but, I can't find another place to live except on that property. I'm living in a trailer next door

I love how he noticed the car from a distance and gave a life experience that was from in his mind. He at the time probably gave this car up for his responsibilities and didn’t question it at the time. The fact that you could genuinely see the love and the appreciation when he realized it was his brought tears to my eyes. This gentlemen’s exactly what we need more of. He deserves this car a thousand times.

    • I saw it on a different cropped version of this video, but the story I saw is that he sold it to be able to propose to his children's mother, then adopt them soon after. The license plate is YDHT standing for "You Didn't Have To". He loved them so much he took them on as if he didn't know a day without them, and I'm so glad he was able to have this amazing return of that same love and care. I don't even call my mom "step", she's mom through and through. It takes a very special kind of person to love like that, each and every one deserves to be given this piece of beautiful Karma.
