This is great more me. I've been an aerobic exerciser interspersed with weights to stay healthy but in the last few years this always results in various hurts. At 71, after one of your videos popped into my feed yesterday, I found that these are really what I need. My hips feel so much better after that! And the little bits are wonderful. Then I can get on the elliptical and get my cardio up. Thank you so much.

hey when you're doing the hip thrust at about 1:05 mark do you want the feet to be parallel to the shoulder ? further, closer?
