This is the latest model facelift SVR that features a whole host of new updates and upgrades. The most notable difference is the new bonnet scoops giving the car a much more aggressive look and this is one of several subtler styling differences over the previous model including brand new lightweight Supersport seats.
From a performance stand point, the new SVR has a 25 bhp power increase with improved torque which enables the top speed to be improved by 14mph to 176mph. The chassis has been tweaked, SVR Dynamic Response is enhanced so that the vehicle corners flatter and faster than any other Land Rover, whilst SVR Sport Suspension is optimised for performance and delivers improved handling. Furthermore, the new SVR has integrated quad-tailpipes with Active Exhaust which provide its distinctively throaty engine sound.
We believe the Range Rover Sport SVR to currently be the most exciting SUV on the market and with long waiting lists to order a new one this is a great opportunity to jump the queue and buy a very highly specced car and one of the meanest looking examples on the market.

The SVAutobiography Dynamic is right at the top of the Range Rover family tree, featuring many of the most luxurious options as standard, combined with 565hp of unrelenting power. This car delivers sumptuous levels of comfort in partnership with top-level agility and performance for such a large vehicle.
The latest Range Rover features a whole host of upgrades and updates for the 2018 model year and is the first proper facelift since the inception of the fourth generation Range Rover in 2012. The new front grille is going to be the most obvious way of distinguishing it from the old model, but the majority of changes are on the inside. The new dual screen infotainment is very eye catching whilst there are new 24-way electrically adjustable seats and a rear executive class where the party piece is the new electrically deployable central armrest, so you can switch between a 4-seat set up and the 5-seat configuration.

Both are family cars, the SVA is just a bit more luxurious
The SVR may technically be considered a family vehicle, but it's at the very low end of that category. I own a V8 Supercharged Rover with the Dynamic Package. And I don't use it as a family vehicle. It's my personal sports truckcar. Yep, truckcar. It's both an suv sometimes, and a car sometimes. So I'd never consider an SVR a family vehicle.

What is it about the SVA that you prefer over the SVR?
@@Romansinternational I much prefer the subtlety of the SVA.
I'd choose the SVA because you can pretty much have the same performance of the SVR but as you say, with the luxury of comfier seats, rear entertainment, "more" practicality, it's off-roading capabilities etc in the SVA.
Actually in offroad they are very similar. The SVR is also a lot, lot, lot faster. The SVR is also years ahead in cornering not just straights. The cars feel nothing alike.

I just purchased a 2022 SVR. Absolutely love it! The bucket seats are like something out of a 911 which for a sporty SUV is incredible and feels so right. The infotainment and Meridian sound system is also stellar.

Superb video comparison! I was going to buy an SVA, until I test drove the SVR! the SVR blew me away! Be warned if you want massive FUN, & also luxury then for me the SVR was a total no brainer & I just bought a new SVR! PHENOMENAL & ADDICTIVE to drive.
I had an autobiography then traded it in for an SVR as I’m under 30 years old so wanted something more sporty! However both cars are just as amazing, just depends what you’re after, luxury or sporty

Yep SVA for me thanks, always loved the Range Rover and I drove a few Vogue SE and HSE in the......well lets just say quite a while back, I loved the luxury back then (real wood interiors oooh) the SVA quadruples it and with that engine - sublime.

Remember when we had an SVR, I loved it. The noise was on point and we didn't have any problems (surprisingly) for the entirety of the lease. The GLS we bought after felt sluggish and slow.

I think you should’ve mentioned the fact that the short wheelbase is the sva dynamic and then the long wheelbase is an even more luxurious with the interior specs available, two tones and whatever else plus the long wheelbase is like £180,000 without adding the £15,000+ paint job. Awesome videos though and brilliant breakdown of the two

This is my dream car.. even the 1999 model glided nicely
They boh look great. But for me the SVR. The SVA looks more elegant outside, but I prefer the agressive and scary looking exterior. Also the carbon fiber its just way more mean. Its a also much faster, one of the fastest suvs. So yes SVR for me.

The SVR isn’t a whole lot faster over the SVA dynamic right? Same engine. I know the SVA is slightly taller and longer but still
@@DiaperSNiFFER OH no no no. The SVR has 200kg less weight and 50 more hp. It also has much more agressive gear tuning, and it's throttle response is a lot faster. Not to mention they sit on a different platform and the SVR handles 10x better. The suspension tuning of the SVR is a lot more aggressive. I guess the SVR has got a good amount of luxury and insane speed. While the SVA has a good amount of speed and insane luxury.

I've to bring up the problem about the Menifold cracked and cause the turbocharge damage on my 2013 Range Rover evoque. I spend over $6,000 US dollars to get it fixed. I wondered is the Menifold supposely durable parts. It should be under manufacture warranty. I don't know where to make the claim. Is there any body has this experience and please tell me what can I do? Thanks. Y. Lam

The SVA is what I'm picking but to be specific a 2017 or newer with a black or white exterior and a red or pink interior and ofc the long wheelbase model anything that has the front and back seat sunroof with the screen on the back of the front seats will get my eyes attracted
