Easily his best skill. He can do just about everything offensively at a high level but his strength with the puck, ability to stay on his feet while not being very tall, it's truly incredible.

Kings are a two way team. It was feared with Fiala's lose wide open style the Kings would have a problem reigning his game in to make him a 200 ft player. The first few months that was the case. If you compare his game since the all-star break. He might not be on the pace offensively he was on last season, but hos defensive numbers have improved immensely from the start of the season as Fiala has now bought into the Kings system. He is still dangerous offensively, but now he is responsible defensively and isn't the turnover machine he was in the past.

As a Kings fan i couldn't be more thrilled with having Fiala here in LA. Just hope he's healthy come playoff time. Not his fault if he isn't. He got hit knee on knee. That is not something I would blame on the player who got hit. Pretty unfortunate though.
