    • 9:37 hi, if there is a joint ranking, I would go for Singapore, Qatar and Emirates in 1. My suggestion is to compare also the cost of operation and treatment of the employees in trouble times.

  • Aussie here. Qantas? Are you serious? YECHH. I've always found Singapore to be consistently good. My travel agent has found Qatar to be dreadful to deal with, although my two flights with them (pre-Covid) were good. I was surprised that both Air France and Korean got positive safety mentions. I recall that both of these airlines have had some very nasty incidents. Finally, I was a little surprised Air New Zealand didn't get a mention.

  • I have to say that Japan Airlines was a great experience I had flying in economy class. The Japanese stewardess were very helpful and great service. The food was excellent. They even gave me a JAL model Plane. I will always fly on Japan Airlines to Japan / Okinawa

    • Asian flight attendants are just next level. I've flown JAL, ANA, PAL, Singapore, Asiana, Korean, and EVA Air so far, and whenever I connect with any American-based airlines, it's like night and day. Asian airlines have the best service!

  • Qatar Airways is very excellent, I traveled with it from Doha to Japan, and the captain was professional in taking off and landing, but Turkish Airlines provides good meals as well

  • I live just outside the flight path at Manchester Airport. I love to watch the Emirates 🇦🇪 A380 coming into land. I have flown with them many times. On a trip back from Honk Kong we flew business class. It was soooooo good.

  • I have flown on Qantas from J'oburgh to Sydney. They are very good. I have flown KLM, British Airways, Northwestern, Kenya Airways, South African Airways and Emirates. I rate Emirates top. I have never flown Qatar Airways so I will not include them in my list. Kenya Airways are doing well and hope they catch up with the big boys in the top 25 some day..

    • I'm 73 years old and have been flying since I was 5 months old because of my father's job and later my husband's. I love good food and am not picky; I love trying out world cuisines. I took a Swiss International, Business Class flight from Zurich to New York, and their food was terrible on both ways; not at all what this company advertised on its menus.

  • No complaint with Air France flight crews, but as someone on oxygen and needing wheelchair assistance, my recent flight to Paris from Newark was a nightmare. The flight over was a little early. We arrived at about 5:30 AM and there was no gate for us. No gate, no ramp, no wheelchair. That was just the beginning. I will never fly Air France again.

  • Uważam że wrażenia z lotu zależą w dużej mierze od rodzaju samolotu którym lecisz Qatar i A320 czyli wąskokadłubowy samolot nie może się równać z lotem Emirates A-380. Z Kolei lot starszym B-737-800 jest bez porównania mniej komfortowy niż lot A-350-900/1000. Dlatego podsumowując wpływ na komfort lotu oprócz obsługi, serwisu, jedzenia i picia ma przede wszystkim rodzaj samolotu i doznania z takiego lotu.

  • I would still put Singapore Airlines as number 1. Qatar business class is a really good product, but sitting in economy the seats are really hard. Also with Qatar you book a flight at the time you want and, the last few times I have flown with them, they change departure times, once by over 12 hours.

    • SQ used to be good, not anymore. Flew bus class to SIN and they couldn't do the meal service quick enough. We didn't see the attendants for the next 5 hours.

  • My experience with Japan Airlines was excellent. Great customer service. I have a serious fear of flying, but I felt safe during the 11 hour flight HND -SFO.

    • Some Japaneses prefer ANA over JAL, but I don’t really see too much of a difference there.

  • I flew from.South Africa to Kuwait from Netherlands to US.ANA is my favorites airlines, because of, flight attendants, pilots, all crew was brilliant and beautifully service especially food with a good accommodation as well..!

  • I sadly never flew on any of these airlines I'm just from The Caribbean I live in Trinidad and Tobago and I used to fly to Tobago from Trinidad with my family but we stopped flying because of work and other stuff. And summer is also sometimes a busy time of the year in Trinidad as well. But we used to fly on Caribbean Airlines and they weren't a bad airline they were pretty good and stuff. This is all I can say I haven't flown with my family for years because of the work but it still was pretty nice. Have a good day

  • I flew lots of airlines such as Swiss airlines, Singapore airlines, Qatar Airlines..etc.. but my favorite by far is singapore airlines, Its staff is super friendly and the food was quality. The seats where super comfy and overall the pilots did better landings in my opinion.
