Experience a Day in the Life of an Airline Pilot through my eyes as I go on my flight from Kyiv to Paris CDG Airport flying the Boeing B737 Cockpit Checks and Preparation, Pushback, Startup, Taxi, Takeoff, Cruise, Approach and Landing. Basically, everything an Airline Pilot goes through during a day of work.
This is a MOTIVATIONAL Video for anyone and everyone whose goal is to one day be an Airline Pilot, or any kind of Pilot for that matter. FIND YOUR WINGS.
The video was filmed from camera inside the Captain's glasses. Pilots were not disturbed by filming the video.
My name is Denys, and I am Boeing 737 Captain. Before I used to fly ATR 42/72.
I am making the videos on this Pilot Blog channel to encourage people all around the world to join our aviation community.

  • Captain Denys, I can certainly understand the concern you and other pilots like you have had regarding the future of the airline industry and if you would still have jobs to go back to due to COVID but fortunately things are getting better and we are starting to see some semblance of normalcy happening. How lucky and blessed you are to have had the chance to actually see Paris, as it must be so beautiful. As for this video my gosh you had a lot of stunning aerial footage throughout the entire video that I so very much enjoyed seeing. The way you filmed this it made me feel like I was actually right there in the cockpit looking out the window on the world. Bless you for bringing us this wonderful video. What a great start to my weekend. Safe flying always Captain to you and your great crew.

  • I have only just discovered your blog and KZhead channel Denys. I have always loved flying. I am an aging lady from Australia and since the lockdowns are endless, flying with you Denys, is my new favourite thing. I am always ready to fly - I don't even need to get my passport out, which I am keeping up to date of course, "just in case". I always explain to my kids how safe flying is and you prove it every time. Love your work, Denys. I hope you will fly to Australia sometime soon, and then many times after 🐨 🦘 🐳🐧 you can fly me to Kiev one day ❤️ 🕌 🛩️ Boom boom.

    • @@PilotBlogDenys Yes, you are right Denys, I also think things will improve - it's still hard though. We are in our second hard lockdown (delta strain) in 18 months and airlines are not yet flying tourists in Australia and certainly not outside Australia except a currently suspended "bubble" with New Zealand. But it will end :)

  • Just FII, you parked at Terminal 2E in the L gates satellite, not in terminal 3 ;) Anyway awesome content as always, and indeed my home city Paris is very very beautiful and Le Bourget airport museum is very worth to visit, with some very special aircrafts like the Dassault Mercure.     • Le Mercure n'était pas "spécial", c'était un genre de 737 en plus rapide et un bon avion mais développé à partir d'une très mauvaise étude de marché. C'était un court-courrier et seulement ça. Du coup la vente de l'appareil n'a jamais décollé et s'est limitée à Air Inter (10 avions). Le programme a été victime de plein de choses : premier choc pétrolier, dévaluation du dollar, inflation mais surtout de la préférence des compagnies aériennes pour un avion polyvalent court/moyen-courrier. J'ai eu la chance de faire un Strasbourg-Nice sur cet avion (en fait je ne suis plus très jeune ...) qui a, selon certaines rumeurs, beaucoup inspiré l'A320
