What i don't understand is he was sentenced to 15 months in prison for contempt of court but was released because he was deemed to ill to be kept behind bars, he then went on with life as normal and is now part of the MK party with the chance that he could be back in parliament, my question is if that was any other citizen, would they be treated in the same way or would they be back behind bars.
