Min Pins are a little dog with a big dog attitude. I have one and love the guy to death. I have to laugh when I watch the Min Pin videos on KZhead because I notice all the little traits in my dog that I see in others.

My min pin turns 9 at the end of June, and I have had her since she was 13 weeks old. She is an absolute joy. Min pins are my favorite breed. (^^)

Both adorable and terrifying 😂❣️my aunt had a min pin for three years when her husband showed up at the house with a three-month-old Doberman. My aunt being an animal lover could not refuse the puppy however sadly my uncle failed to train the boy to be gentle, and within four months of having the puppy, it killed the min pin by accident of course. My aunt cried for nearly a whole month. The Doberman became too much of a handful, so they decided to give him away to a cousin who owned a huge ranch and another Doberman. Since then, my aunt had not owned a small bred or any animal until last month when a family member passed away, she didn’t want the pup going to the shelter (the dog was not good with small dogs, and My family owns a min pin and pug) so she took in the adorable pit-bull. Overall the experience makes me a little nerves when I see a big bred with a small dog , not because it wants to kill but because it can by accident due to it strength. However this video made me miss the Doberman if only my ex uncle had train the boy to be a little more gentle.

This is exactly how my Min Pin is and is even the same size. I love my Min Pin, but Matt is just more active that any dog I have ever had. I am learning to keep up with Matt. Today my daughter had her Shih Tzu down, and it was fun watching them play. I realize have lots of training to do with Matt, but he is such a loving , darling , little dog and is bringing me so much happiness. Love love love this video!!!!!!

I have a min pin adopted from the shelter. He's older and still very playful! Some things I have noticed: 1. He uses my other dogs as couches. 2. He won't eat! I almost have to force feed him to keep his weight up. (He's finally at 7 pounds) 3. He's a burrower! Got into the pillowcase and couldn't get out! 4. He licks the other dogs constantly. 5. The other 2 dogs are pits, 65 and 68 pounds. He's still the boss!

I have a Min Pin as well! She's a bit big for her breed (16 in at the shoulder and 20 lbs), and she has quite the personality! Her best friend before we moved was a an older Rednose Pit. Almost twice her height and double her weight. The two of them would chase each other all over the place and knock each other over. XD Missy burrows as well. We have an old comforter that makes up her bed on the floor. We tried using a regular dog bed, but she got so frustrated with not being able to dig into it. So we pulled a worn queen size comforter out of the closet and designated it hers. No, he's just a really large pure breed min pin. We've always watched how much he eats, so he's not obese. At most he may only be a 1-2 lbs overweight. We've even seen other min pins that are larger than normal, but they are out there. We take good care of him!

Ours is 16" at the shoulder and about 20 lbs. I find the tiny, teacup ones to be absolutely ridiculous. You sneeze at them wrong and they'd break. I'm assuming you mean Min Pins when you say 'Pinschers', as Dobermans are Pinschers as well. It comes from their instinct to rapidly bite the vermin they were bred to hunt rather than grab and shake. Dobies, German Pins, and Min Pins all have the same instinct, hence the moniker 'Pinscher'. Min Pins simply require a strong owner. We have a Min Pin, and she knows *exactly* where she lays in the chain of command. (She may not be happy about it, but she knows.) And everyone that meets her almost can't believe she's a Min Pin because she's not bouncing off the walls with manic energy all the time. She knows when it's time to be hyper, and when it's time to be calm.
